First time ordering from this company I ordered a desk for my son’s room and payment was taken same day. Everything was ok until parcel arrived yesterday and 23 parts are missing out of 44. Unable to build desk as only sent drawers, top part and some flimsy plywood part. The main top part of desk is damaged at corner. Rang number on website which doesn’t work so emailed and have not had any reply. No confidence now as any reputable company will have a valid phone number. I’d add 0 to it it rings to a mobile but no answer or call back or voicemail. They have a section on returns but says have pay postage and top of desk is heavy so it would not be worth it only good for firewood. I have reported to my bank fraud line and will try to recover my money as I still need to purchase a desk for my son. Stick to brands and websites who are well know. Don’t use the Google shopping search like I did. It sits between well known companies in the search results so looks ok but I 100% would stay clear of Zinsom

Delivery guys were polite, friendly and helpful. Furniture is stunning. Looks real quality. Ordering was very easy and contact from company regarding order, was great. Can't fault anything. GREAT service

They took my money straight away for two sets of mirrored draws £302.08 the delivery was between frIday and Monday but got no email I rang the shop tel no four times left voicemail messages but no reply don’t trust this company

I paid for wardrobe, then l received email that is out of stock and now lm asking for refund but they don’t answer for my emails.They took money and don’t care.

Do not trust this company an absolute scam. Paid a lot of money for a shed which they said was in stock and they took money instantly and then no further Communication. Sent several emails and phoned only for them to hang up and called back and it went to voicemail. Having to get money refunded via PayPal. Shocking service Zero stars!!

This website is a scam, stay away. Customer service doesn’t exist if there is a problem there is no one there to speak to.
Most of the items on the website are from Costco and they are adding 5-10% on top.
Was supposed to get a refund and they declined the payment, so I had to go through PayPal to see my money back.
Stay away and buy directly from Costco, you will save money.

Have exceptional customer service relation and can easily deliver products.

What a sh**t show of a company, the guy who runs it does drop shipments and doesn't hold any of the stock. There is no communication on the status of your order even though they immediately take money out of your account.

I tried to ignore the reviews and just give it a try but please avoid to save yourself time.

Shame you can't give zero stars.

I noticed this company had bad reviews but like a fool I still used them. Awful communications! They just cancelled the order. Guys don’t use them as your money goes in a black hole and then with no warning you get told they have just cancelled it. Shock customer care Don’t use!

Do not use this company. I purchased an expensive item, they sent me an email confirming my purchase and Iv had no contact since. They promise 3-5 working day delivery. It’s now day 7 and no sign of a dispatch. I don’t think they are based in the UK

The shed came exactly when I had asked for it. Easy to assemble. Brilliant value all round.

i tried to make a purchase from this company, all went well initially, made the purchase, paid the money, got confirmation email, that is where the positive ends, no further contact so i emailed to ask for an update, i was ignored, three days later my order was cancelled and a refund was on its way, took my money instantly but now i have to wait 5-7 days before i get my money back, so can't even shop elsewhere till i get my money back, they told me it was out of stock, this was lies, the item is still showing as in stock but now £200 more expensive, they had obviously priced it wrongly, instead of honouring the purchase they just cancelled, still no contact from them, i had the fore site to print everything off, and screen shot the web page, now passing it onto trading standards to deal with, totally un professional and un trustworthy company.

Ordered a shed at £600, then order was cancelled, refunded and price put up to £700, was told it was out of stock and that’s why it was cancelled…more like they wanted to put the price up!
Which would have been fine but honour the price in which your customer has PAID for it as.

Wouldn’t recommend!
