Convenient and helpful!
I needed a simple answer about an immunization and was able to ask a doctor online with a click of a button. Normally, I'd be happy to schedule a face-to-face appointment but I've been very busy and I'm leaving town in a few days. Thank you for getting back to me and giving me the answer I was looking for!

Technical Glich
There was apparently a technical glitch and I did not get an answer for almost 24 hours. The doctor did tell me that I should go to ER luckily it wasn't a true emergency or I probably would've been in trouble by the time I received an answer
