I was looking a long time for an easy way of lifting up my MC Fold Tandem .This Tandem is very heavy and with me and my handicapt daughter its sometimes hard climbing the hills.
With zipforce ist fantastic.A new pleasure of cycling around has taken place now.
I didn't expect the range distance at nearly 40 km with one accu loading.
The best is, I can use it also for my normal bike.So I bought a 2. bracket and I'm very flexibel for using it, perfekt.

Update: they had a problem with the email traffic. After another email, they have responded. We are sorting it out now.

There is a problem with the Bluetooth connection. I have emailed the support team. Unfortunately, the first suggestion for a solution was not helpful. Since then, there has been no reply.
The Zipforce One itself runs, a little loudly, but it runs!

Zipforce is a very good product but you have to work on the app! Use other colors so it will be easier to read outside. If possible, chargeable on 12V will be a success for campers!

I ordered the phone holder, the quality is excellent, product is as described and delivery time was very short.

The device shows its limits. In 2 weeks due to 2 daily journeys of 10 to km, the "tire" of the device is worn and we no longer see the streaks in the middle.
From 25 km/h the device brakes, does not coast.
When I stop, pedals stopped, the device continues to push for a few seconds

Great e-bike experience for a normal bike and great customer support

Initially I went with the slim edition, however it couldn't handle the hill I live on when had to much baggage. After writing an email I got a very pleasant call from an employee who suggested an upgrade to the distance edition. The new engine arrived here in Germany only days later, before I even managed to send my old one back. I still feel bad about that. Now everything works fine.

Very satisfied with the product. I bought a zipforce ONE. Smooth connectivity with a high torque motor that got me up high slopes and breezed through the road.

Being a somewhat heavy rider i was impressed with what I got out of it in my 11km route to and back from work. Barely worked a sweat at all since I was running the motor on lvl 10 which is max assistance.

Customer service simply put. You will find nowhere better that with the zipforce team.

Don't pay overpriced and over hyped E bikes folks. Get in on the zipforce train.

This is a fine idea to turn a normal bicicle into an e-bike and then go back to a normal bicicle again.
When the orography is hard I put the engine into a backpack and then go even walking if necessary ( this is the advantage I was looking for)
The only thing I can say against is that the fit has been a little difficult to me.

Incredibly good service. Quick to answer my questions, sending me a manual in English and quick delivery. My bike did not look like the one in the manual and the installation was more complicated than they made it out to be. Had problems first time I used it since the app had a setting for 0k/h (which I did not know about), so instead of helping me, it was even more difficult to ride. Once that was fixed, it has been working quite nicely, although as many have commented, it is quite loud.

good and professional, it works great! they even gave me some accessories.

Very good support. I have had two minor problem, excellent support both times. Product is often working fine, biggest problem is cycling in the rain, gets wet on my feet. Bought a extra utility to minimize that.
