Trustpilot's digital courses through Zipline enabled me to learn and study at my own rate and afforded the flexibility I needed for my busy schedule. It alleviated (most of) the daunting feeling felt while learning and working full time.

This course delivered more than I expected. I will be able to use what I learned in many of the modules in my marketing work. My one complaint is that it was implied that I would learn what I needed to pass the certification exams within the course. However, in each case, it was recommended that I take the Google and Hubspot courses before taking the exams, and I don't think I would have been able to pass the exams without going through most of those courses too. It added a lot of time to those weeks that I wasn't expecting.

The Professors Chosen for this course were amazing! I received Industry insights & more!

I really enjoyed this class, instructor, and format. I learned a ton and appreciated the discussion in the evening Zooms. I do think they should’ve built in an extra 2 weeks (planned) into the schedule to account for studying and taking the 3 certificates.

The course was very well structured. Poonam and Frank presented a positive learning environment. I'll definitely schedule a new class soon.

The instructor was fantastic and so was the learning specialist. The content was engaging and the instructor made learning fun and enlightening each session in the AI Prompting course.

On recommendation of a prior colleague, I enrolled in this course after considerable review and cost. This was to be my 4th career change. Since Ziplines was partnered with established universities I expected university caliber content, and experiences on par with what the university sets as an academic and content standard. What was received was disillusion and disappointment. The course content was watered down and insufficient to transition into a new career and pass the CAPM exam. I realize this would take work; I am laser-focused and not adverse to hard work to attain my goals. However, the resources were simply not provided. The marketing material suggested this would suffice to attain the skills sufficient to prepare for the CAPM exam and be a valuable resource for a new career. Completing all the modules, lessons, live discussions, and playbooks it is obvious there is extensive content that must be mastered prior to completing the credentialing exam and re-entry into the workforce. Initially your playbooks were reviewed by a Learning Mentor, in this course Ziplines transitioned to an A.I. assignment review further degrading the value of my investment. I have completed the course, and I have now attained materials to complete my CAPM study which are better in quality, completeness, and at a fraction of the cost than this university labeled cash-grab. For these reasons, I will never use a Ziplines based curriculum and suggest you consider the same. The assignments to re-enforce learning needed an overall review for cohesiveness, as their inconsistency did not foster a linear learning style. The Live sessions were presented by credentialed individuals, but I was expecting industry related topic centered insight from their experience and expertise, what was presented was a re-hash of what you learned in your coursework. They attempted to have a live assignment to put in practice the lesson, but their application and timeframe were more of a distraction than a learning experience. In all, compared to other available resources this Ziplines curriculum is over promised, overpriced, and underwhelming. You are paying university price for water-down content that fails to meet the objective. The instructors did the best they could under an insufficient framework and content.

I liked that I learned more terminology related to project management.
I did not particularly enjoy the live sessions. They weren't always very organized. There wasn't enough time in our breakout groups ("rooms") and the materials were almost always a problem to access.
I also thought it became confusing having three "case study companies." There was one for example in the video lessons, another one in the breakout sessions and then another for our assignments.
I don't know that I feel this course was worth the $2500 cost, however. I probably could have gained as much from a book targeted on CAPM. In the end, we only earned an electronic badge.
Connor was helpful, but the AI grading was a mess. As a teacher, I know how long it takes to provide individual feedback on assignments. There could have been more transparency up front about the grading (like a pass/fail grade). The feedback was often targeted to more than the assignment required, so even the AI was off target.
I also felt the push to use AI without fully understanding the content was a bit off. I get that seasoned PMs may use that language/format, but as someone just starting in the PM world, the automatic acceptance of AI generated material seems somewhat irresponsible.
I took what I could out of the course. I did learn some things, but I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending this course to colleagues for the cost.

I found our instructor, Jo, to be fantastic. She had just the right amount of energy and subject matter experience to teach the material and give us a real world look at PM as a role. Connor was incredibly responsive to any questions that I had via Slack. All in all, a fantastic experience, I look forward to my CAPM text next!

Personnel communicated effectively by providing timely reminders of upcoming events. The user experience via Slack, lectures, and the LMS was very good.

Really great class and resources given. Just A LOT of information.

I was disappointed with this course. For a subject that evolves as quickly as this technology, presenting content that is already several years old, while charging a premium, does not deliver the level of value I expected.
The course also felt rushed. Extending it by at least one additional week would have allowed for a more complete and effective learning experience. As structured, it was difficult to fully engage with the material.
In addition, instructor access was limited. In a typical four-credit university course, there are more instructional hours and opportunities for direct, one-on-one interaction. Here, communication required email exchanges and waiting on responses, which made it difficult to stay productive and complete the work efficiently.
Overall, the course did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it in its current form.

It was ok but the teaching slides are not updated fast enough for the new features which makes learning on old slides difficult
