Ninja line.. BUY IT!!!
For anyone thinking about buying the ninja line, trust me, just BUY IT! I had toyed with the idea on and off for a few months but after being stung by (1) a fake website and (2) seeing the "quality" from a generic Chinese website, I finally took the plunge and purchased from Zip Lines Ireland.
Without a doubt the best garden purchase made so far, superior quality, safe to use, robust parts and more than able to take regular use on a daily basis. Fantastic challenge, great to get the kids moving and they genuinely enjoy it. I would highly recommend buying it, you won't be disappointed.
Also, you are w buying from an Irish company, great customer service, lovely to deal with. Can't get better than that!

Trying to decide whether this zip line works in my garden
Contacted customer service to get some details regarding the height we would need to set the zip line. Unfortunately because I’m not an existing customer this information wasn’t provided. I personally don’t think it’s a big ask to get this information before deciding whether this product is suitable for my garden.

Hi Tim, From our records it shows that you requested the instruction manual for the product you were thinking of ordering. For compliance reasons we are not allowed to send instructions for products (by our suppliers) to people unless they have purchased the product. I can see that you were provided with information and links on where to find information on the set up. As a retailer, we supply products, we do not install or offer advice on installation as we are not engineers, so it would be inappropriate and dangerous for us to do so. If you have any general questions about the kit we can help you with that. I hope you understand our situation.
