I stumbled upon the new Zipmex.us.com in July, 2025. Since then, I have actively got myvwithdraw on the platform with zmt assets. The responsiveness of the support team and the efficiency of transacting is extremely fluid and I stand behind this exchange 100%!

Terrible, untrustworthy, lack of direction, greedy and only a matter of time when karma strikes.

The company pays and they do not ask for any funds

This is so ridiculous experience my daughter paid the1100 dollars just to get the amount that they promise .its really takes time to transact and the next morning she get the email from zipmex that she need to pay the 800 USD for the broker fees . The broker asking her what email that she recieve . The email is Congrtulation due to recent decrease in bitcoin we notice an increase of Good Profit
On your trading account. Is invatable to access you profit due to broker leverage you will need a deposit 850 USd to access your profit to your bitcoin wallet .
What are you doing . After she send a money then asking another payment . I hope Zipmex you will have concience and this is untrusty company . Hope you fix this my daughter is in canada and she was so dissapointed to this company Zipmex

Zipmex are account Zippers! Sure thing. When going get tough they freeze your account.

An unmitigated sham. Any company that is incompetent enough to put themselves in a situation where they freeze their customers funds! And then probably declare insolvency. It’s always the investors that lose. Marcus Lim… what does he lose? Nothing. Just walk away from this disaster… and create another one. Sickening.

Impossible to get the video working with this site. Uploaded DL details but cannot get any further than that. Somewhat frustrating 30 minutes - camera and video is fine but won't move beyond "Record a video" Marilyn Southern

I had my fare share of using various exchanges in Australia and I have never came across one that is this convenient, practical and trustworthy. The team behind Zipmex is well connected and experienced in the industry. The options available such as the ZipUp+ is just an amazing alternative to what banks are offering now. Im not switching cause Zipmex never gave me a reason to do so.

The referral program is superb for brand ambassadors, definitely one of the most lucrative in the industry. Staking has a 12% return. No deposit fees. Trading fees are at 0.2% but since I have staked they are now 0.1%. Doesn't get better than that!

Fantastic experience. I am earning great interest on my crypto everyday. The fees are much more competitive than the bigger players here and i can withdraw instantly (is in my bank account within 30 seconds).
Great range of assets and seems to be growing every few weeks.

EDIT: Andrew - from their team - called me and explained how it was more of an issue by banking. (Payments to new payees could take up to 24-48 hrs rule). I was happy to wait a day but he solved it by my bank statements.
And he called less than half an hour after I left this review. That is the fastest solution I have ever experienced and I'm grateful.
He also apologised for the maintenance and explained the challenge of having overseas partners.

i don't know why but they decided to have maintenance on at a very ridiculous time for Australia. (we couldn't access anything until midday)

Now it's midday and i'm ready to withdraw - but it's telling me that i have to deposit money in to be able to withdraw. I attempted to make a deposit, but the account name has too many characters: Zipmex Australia Pty Ltd.

So i had to use "Zipmex Australia" only, made a deposit, and still can't withdraw.

Ridiculous at its best. Just verify my bank account and let me go!

What started as a bad experience has been reversed. Received contact from a customer advocate from Zipmex whom was able to tell me the details of my issue (which was Banking technicality) and that it was escalated to them however support never told me (and I was left in the dark about it). In the end everything has turned out well and I'm able to provide an updated and honest score which is now a positive experience. Thanks to Andrew and the team.

They require way too many details when signing up even the recording of a video of you turning your head and saying certain numbers. Wonder who they are selling this to. Every time Ive tried to sign up there has been an issue and their 'free' credit that they give out when they sign up is limited to a certain amount of people so you may never get anything, and I know people that have never received any of their sign up bonuses. Dodgy company, no support, stay away.

The KYC was relatively quick and painless although to get it done I had to switch to my mobile's own camera app as their method was not synching the camera properly. Depositing funds was a bit more complicated as I first had to create a ticket for the transaction via their website then make a wire transfer by quoting the reference number mentioned in the ticket to "link" the two actions, then wait for it to be approved and deposited by the CS. That can take a while - and certainly not a few hours as they claim on their website but up to a few days. To their defense they had - as they told me - a backlog of tens of thousands of applications waiting to be processed all at once so I'm sure that once these issues are ironed out the experience will be much better.
Now once we were done with the preliminaries everything else is automated via their site and super smooth and easy. The big advantage over other exchange platforms is the ability to buy and trade in their proprietary cryptocurrency, the ZMT. That one is doing extremely well at the moment and has gained over 400% from its initial launch while continuing to gain due to great initial investment and lucrative regional deals with Lamborghini and Tesla amongst others. You can also earn interest over it - along with other cryptocurrencies but the ZMT interest rate is the best, currently 8.5% for simply keeping ZMTs and 16% for locking the ZMTs for three months. Definitely a great short-term investment and possibly longer term.
In my opinion it would be even greater if the user had the ability to trade in cryptocurrency directly, say BTC to ETH or ZMT and vice versa with a single transaction but at the moment only fiat currency to crypto and the reverse is available. So in order to trade from one crypto to another one has to do the conversion twice say, from BTC to fiat then from fiat to say, ZMT. This is a small hiccup however as their current fees for converting are among the most competitive in the market at only 0.2%. So to switch from one crypto to another it would cost you less than what others charge for a single conversion - by comparison Nicehash, for instance, charges 0.5% per transaction. A definite plus.

Overall a great platform and a very promising new company and I hope they can establish themselves as the leading cryptocurrency platform in SA Asia. Judging by their beginnings and the enthusiastic interest from the crypto market I can't see why not.

When you make money, why would you complain? To be precise, I've traded using their own digital token, ZMT and it's doing really well. I bought ENJ and ETH through their platform too and it was a breeze. Initial setup felt a bit lumpy. Buying and selling through website is easier than their app (app needs updating). I like that they are innovating rapidly and I believe they are first in Asia to allow purchase of a Lamboghini using Tokens in Thailand. One concern, their ZMT pricing in THB currency does not always match quickly their USD and SGD pricing. Overall, great experience and wish this company great success and hope it becomes one of the 5% crypto exchanges in the world which do not go obsolete some day.

Earning great interest on BTC and ZMT. Easy to use for purchasing and trading crypto.

I transferred some USDC into a newly setup account. I like that the interest gets paid by the day.

*Onboarding experience was pretty slow (KYC took a week).

*Deposited 200,000 of fiat and was promised it would appear the next day by 10am. It didn’t appear and I received an email saying the fiat deposit expired. At present my funds are still deducted from my bank and nothing in zipmex. Customer service largely unresponsive.

As this is no small sum, I contacted their Twitter, Facebook (Global and Thailand). Someone on their Global FB replied my comment and said they would direct message me. I have even messaged their Thai CFO who is an ex colleague of my cousin. It’s days later and no one has replied.

*Their zip crew is their selling point with 16% interest earned on locked funds via their token. There is a caveat, an agreement must be signed that has language such as “percentage and timing of rewards is determined by zipmex at their whole discretion. You understand and agree Zipmex does not guarantee you will receive locking rewards”.

So be careful.

This is a new company with a lot of promise (their token has been around since Sept 2019 only), but after my experience I would not deposit your life savings here until more information and reputation is firmly established.

Edit: funds finally cleared in the account and interest is indeed being paid. This is great. However as they are a startup I still do not feel 100% comfortable storing too much here.

The onboarding experience has been very slow and customer service is lacking.

I really do hope this startup grows and becomes a crypto bank that I can trust and store all my funds on.
