I really don't know where all these brilliant reviews about max he is a total disgrace to the company am trying to book a holiday and i have been waiting over 50 minutes for him to reply to my messages and he never once replied I asked for them to get back to me and it's now the Monday after and I still have not heard anything from them so they have lost a booking and it's even cheaper on expedia if anyone wants to look also anyone going to Thailand for the first time you will save yourself alot of money out there for bus flights and excursions

We have booked to go away to Disney Paris and Basil has been helpful throughout the booking process and has up graded us from 2 nights to 3 nights stay.

I have booked my holiday for Dubai with Max Zippy Holidays for October 2025 and the way he has looked after me pin to point I mean each and everything.
He’s really looked after me and me needs especially me disabled.

The room I requested Max at Two Seasons on Sheikh Zayed Road n I also have requested the view of Burj Ul Arab n a balcony as I will be going to attend another family wedding and plus celebrating my 50th.

This is the second time I m booking with Max Zippy Holidays from my first experience he’s the best.

I booked Disneyland Paris trip using zippy holidays, my contact Shaun was amazing, he guided through the pricing, and was literally able to answer any query I had straight away. The whole trip was fabulous, it had everything you could need, flights, airport pick up and drop off, b&b near the parks, shuttle to the parks, park tickets. We didn’t need to do anything it was all done for us! This was the most easiest trip I’ve taken with younger children as I didn’t have to worry about anything as it was already done! I have already and absolutely recommend zippy holidays for this trip!

I used Zippy Holidays for a recent trip to Disneyland Paris - we dealt with Shaun who was amazingly helpful. As we paid in installments this was great to spread the cost. Was hesitant at first with previous negative reviews but honestly everything was perfect. Would definitely use them again for any future trips, thanks so much!

Was worried about the tour as it was our first Turkey tour. I didn’t know about Zippy holiday till then. But immediately when i started planning i realised that they are very genuine and helpful. Special credit goes to Mr Basil. How many messages i have send to him! He replied very fast and also in polite way. We took Return international tickets, domestic ticket,Airport transfers and Hotels in Istanbul & Antalya. Special mention to day tour to Pamukkhale & Hierapolis. Every tickets and arrangements were perfect and frequently notified early before the events.Mr Basil acted like private virtual guide. Always available , always ready to solve the issue.

Highly recommended tours & travel agency. My next destination is Europe tour,will definitely go with Zippy holidays.

Zippy were absolutely brilliant from start to finish! I must admit I was wary at first as it wasn't a travel company I had heard of before but I asked for the Abta and ATOL certificate and was provided this straight away which put me at ease. I got an absolutely fantastic deal for 3 nights stay, including flights BnB and Disney tickets. The monthly payment schedule was really helpful for me to manage payments. I mainly dealt with Shaun who was always quick to respond to any queries. I would recommend using Zippy holidays to anyone looking for a holiday especially to Disney, they made the process so easy!

Booked for Disneyland Paris the week before Xmas.
Our booking was made with Shaun and nothing was too much trouble for him, we changed details several times and was given several different options of hotels and travel train, plain or driving.
Can't recommend enough the holiday and Shaun for all of the arrangements.

Great service from a certain team member Henry, very helpful and was even checking up on me whilst away on the vacation which i really appreciated, never had that kind of service before from other holiday companies, would highly recommend henry he's amazing.

Booked Disneyland Paris with Zippy Holidays, Michelle was my agent, I found her very helpful throughout the whole process and I had many questions but she was always happy to help, We had a fab time in Disneyland and the package was great value would definitely use zippy holidays again and a big thank you to Michelle.

First time dealing with zippy holiday they was very good great at communication back and forth. Everything was spot on perfect the tickets all worked great no problems the hotel was beautiful and very nice.
Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Great way to celebrate my daughters 13th birthday in Disneyland Paris
