I used Zip when my normal transfer could not cover and was very pleased with the service they contacted my when the flight arrived the driver was very helpful and friendly the ride was comfortable and clean in nutshell great service and seriously considering changing from m usual transfer service

Driver on time !

Made a lot of traffic mistakes: driving too fast, no hands-free calling... with 3 children in his car?! Unforgiveable!

Excellent service , messaged us on arrival to say where he was waiting , and messaged to say his time of arrival for departure.

a bit disappointed to b honest. Our flight was a bit late as had to wait for my father in law to be escorted through security but unfortunately the taxi didn’t wait! Took ages to sort it out but he eventually came back but was quite stressful to hear our taxi didn’t wait!

We booked private airport transfers for 4 people (arrival and return) and sadly had a very disappointing experience.

On arrival our flight landed on time but there was no driver at the meeting point. After several phone calls we were told different things each time and eventually learned the driver had left the airport. After waiting around 25 minutes we had to arrange our own taxi at a cost of €35.

The return journey was even more worrying. Our pickup time was 10:35am but a driver arrived 35 minutes early expecting only 2 passengers, not 4. The minibus was in poor condition and did not feel very safe. The driver then stopped to collect other passengers, so what we had paid for as a private transfer became a shared one, the family who joined us informed us that they told the journey was cash only 🤨

Most concerning on the return journey the driver was using and texting on his mobile phone while driving on the motorway. With passengers on board this felt unsafe and very worrying.

We appreciate the offer of a refund for the arrival transfer, however overall the experience felt disorganised and unprofessional and did not give us confidence in the safety of the service especially as Ziptransfers said they couldn’t refund my card but I had to send them my full bank details to them to claim the refund
We hope the company reviews its procedures for the safety of future customers and families travelling with them.
We would definitely not use this company again.

This was our 2nd time booking with Zip transfers the previous trip was 3 transfers in Barcelona this time a return trip in Lanzarote all 5 pick ups were on time in clean vehicles with friendly drivers. We will definitely use again.

Great taxi service overall, tried to change the timings on the return journey but because we were minutes under 24hrs before departure it was a no go...

Arrived on time, couldn’t find the taxi driver, he sent a photo of his location in the airport, he wasn’t there but did arrive soon after. Not the most helpful taxi driver we have had, didn’t carry/wheel any cases from the pick up point to the car but did load the cases into the car and unload on arrival in Malaga.

Always do what they say if you need a transfer this is who you should book

Apart from a short wait for the driver when we arrived at Faro Airport all went very well. The driver was friendly and helpful and got us to our destination quickly. For the return journey the pick up was on time, driver friendly and helpful so, all in all a good experience

A very rude and unfriendly driver on the trip to the hotel.
The child seat was old, worn out, and not properly secured.

The experience at arrival was not a pleasant experience. The airport at Tenerife is known for delays, and despite the fact that they know this the time to get to the transfer is short.

The man at the desk told us he could do nothing and that already several bookings had been canceled that day due to being too late. The drivers drive to and from the airport all day, so we did not see the issue with getting a later car because everybody is late getting of the planes. I guess a lot of people just tolerate this bullshit because one way taxi is not that much. But we were a party of 10 people and we had to press them on their unprofessional approach. We were advised by an agent of a big travel company to keep pressing and suddenly a driver was available with the car size we had booked….

After this horrible and stressful experience I need to give credit where credit is due. The driver was very friendly and the experience with pickup at hotel on return was great. The driver was 10 min early and helpful with all the luggage.
