Awful
Awful. I now have 3 payments still marked as ‘processing’ over the past 2 months. I have emailed customer services several times and each time they change the date they ‘hope’ it will actually get processed. Same happened for the previous 2 payments.
Used to be really good but since March it’s now hardly worth the effort and is no help with paying bills when you can’t get payments processed in a timely manner.
Update - your reply seems to indicate that I’m talking about payments becoming available from the merchants. This is not the case. I’m aware that funds need to be pending until marked as available by the merchants. However these ‘available funds’ are then used to request a payment towards a bill and it is this that is taking months. I was not including the time taken for merchants to approved the transaction. It seems to be ZIPZERO’s processing that is taking 2-3 months.

Is zip zero about to go?
Always been an advocate of ZIPZERO but over last few months had several issues including 3 cash outs still pending (waiting over a month) and they just keep pushing the date back that they say should be resolved - appreciate may be out of their hands but wondering if about to end their business and is it worth taking the time out to keep scanning receipts - good whilst it lasted if that’s the case 😬

Has been amazing up until March
Has been amazing up until March. Easy to use,responsive service and quick pay-outs, plus some good bonus offers, but I’ve had 4 payments processing since 22/3 and I’m really wondering if they’ll ever be paid out?

I cashed out a payment to a bill on 23/04/24 got pop up stating would be processed in 3 working days still processing today 23/5/24 looks as if they have run out of money again

Payment request still shows as processing after almost 2 months, customer services say they are working on this and blame other factors.
Also when I submit receipts sometimes I have to take another pic and resubmit as image not clear. Then a few days later it gets rejected after I thrown the receipt away so the option to complain and submit by email has disappeared.
Great app when it works but they need to get there act together

Quick response from customer service but no payment of bill
I had a receipt that wasn't recognised automatically and I couldn't resubmit it. I received a quick reply to my query and they credited my account manually, and gave tips to make it work better in future which was good. Unfortunately now that I've reached the minimum amount to have a bill paid, the payment seems stuck as 'Processing' like others are experiencing (more than 1 month now). In response to others, ZipZero have tried to claim that they don't promise a timescale but the Terms that they quote says that it will be paid within 3 business days!
Update: ZipZero tried to claim that they hoped to pay out in mid-May but that has now passed. I guess that they are on the brink of folding and unlikely to ever pay out so now point in wasting time on them.
(T&Cs Section 12. Redeeming Units for a Reward: "We will transfer the cash equivalent corresponding to the available Units you have redeemed to your Biller within three business days.")

I have always championed this company…
I have always championed this company however I have been left disappointed recently. I requested payment on 31st March (26 days ago). It is still showing as processing and ZIPZERO have not responded to my requests for an update. I am concerned I may never receive this after 2 years of saving
Update - 21st May 2024 - still waiting after 2 months. Incredibly disappointing. I don't expect to ever receive payment. Just free market research to them

This is not a very good app. It is not user friendly. It has lots of faults and receipts are not recognised. There are far better apps out there that are less time consuming and easier to use. I would not recommend

It was going brilliantly until about a month ago. Payments were being made in about a week but I've 2 payments pending, one from 18 March, and no reply to my email yet. I've stuck with it through the tricky times and am pleased with the money I've had, but an update would be good.

10/10 Free phone bill heaven!
I have been using zip zero for a good few years now and I honestly can’t praise the app highly enough! Every couple of months my phone bill is zero thanks to the app zipping it to zero 🤩. The people who are behind the app have never given up as a couple of years back they informed us all that there were issues with investors but they ALSO assured us that they were doing everything they could to get back to where they were and so I was thrilled when new investors came on board and all my points were still there ready to use! Brilliant app, brilliant concept and thank you Zip Zero 🤩

No longer paying out
Great way to earn money towards a bill. I use mine to pay my sim only mobile bill and have managed to cover the total cost for over a year. So highly recommend using this app.
EDIT .....Have had payments processing since June 24. Just keep getting fobbed off every time I contact them. Very disappointing 😞

Great company
Great company. Been with them for years. Struggled during Covid but were honest and transparent- e mails written by humans. Already personally claimed a load of money off my energy bill. Easy to use and never had an issue. Highly recommended.
