It is a total disaster call center…

It is a total disaster call center software, if your customers are using true caller then be ready to have your phone number identified as scam!
Customer support does not exist, and you have to keep chasing after them to get help with minor issues. Not talking about terrible voice quality, get ready to receive invoices for another subscriber and find it deducted from your account, get ready to request for a service and pay for it and never receive it, we asked to add 3 users to our subscription, they were added to the bill but users were never received and never created. almost 2 months going back and fourth to avoid writing bad review and make complaint but unfortunately it did not work.
Not accepting my advise? okay it is up to you get ready to the pain when you decide to use their service.
