I was surprised that the return costs…
I was surprised that the return costs for my internet purchases where a whopping 16euro! I understand that returning purchases incurs costs for you, but this experience, where unfortunately am forced to send back my purchases, will make me think twice before ordering again.. a shame, since plus sized clothes may not always fit.

The Zizzi webshop is good, the products are good quality, but there could be more measurements of the clothes on the website and better descriptions of for example how stretchy the clothing is or if it's not stretchy at all.
