Dustin was amazing….at first my experience was awful and I was getting extremely disappointed with the company…and thank goodness I was connected to Dustin and he really made everything seamless for the recall…When the stove was delivered the delivery men said that taking the stove that was recalled was not on the order but they were able to fix that put the new stove in. Recently I broke the glass on my fairly new Zline oven door. I dropped my cast iron lid on it as I was removing it from my sourdough bread Dutch oven.
Devastated I called Zline costumer service, Tyler and others walked me through the process which was surprisingly simple. And they were quick to respond. I had a new oven door in excellent time. They were understanding, friendly and reassuring that all would be well and it was. Thank you for making this customer have a genuine good experience.

Zline has excellent customer service. We bought a range and rangehood 6 years ago and any questions or issues have been answered and dealt with quickly and often times with no charge, even when it was not covered by warranty or the warranty was expired.

Wrong item was sent and Zline expects me, a nearly 70 yr old woman, or pay one of my subs, to uninstall it, pack it up to send it back or return it to HD! They would send the correct one if I do this. I said to be reasonable I’d ask the homeowner to make it work out if they’d do a refund. Zline won’t do it. So the client is stuck with something expensive they don’t want and may or may not use. They don’t drink and don’t need a wine fridge - they wanted a beverage fridge. There is a difference in cooling and function.
To top it off, in the same order of 2 items, the crown for the Zline hood was not sent and we had to get that sent and pay our sub to come back and uninstall part of the hood and install the crown. Never again, Zline! You lost our company and our clients!

I’ve had to contact customer service several times as I have multiple ZLINE products (gas stove, sink, faucet). Never had an issue that customer service was not able to resolve quickly and professionally. I would buy ZLINE products again and would highly recommend.

We bought an induction range in winter 2023. After 2 years of use one of the burners has stopped working. We have contacted customer service and apparently there is no possible repair for this, and because of the 1-year warranty, we have no recourse. I would never buy a Zline appliance again, it is outrageous to spend $5k on a “high end” appliance that breaks after 2 years of use.
*update - Zline has responded to this review saying that they will offer a partial refund, but this is in fact a lie. When I reached out to them to follow-up on this response they stated that they “had no further resolution”.

Worst Appliance Experience – ZLINE & Ryder Last Mile Dropped the Ball (Twice)
If you’re considering buying a ZLINE refrigerator or relying on Ryder Last Mile for "white glove" delivery—think twice.
I purchased a ZLINE refrigerator that failed prematurely, but to their credit, ZLINE agreed to replace it. Unfortunately, that’s where things fell apart—and never recovered.
Ryder Last Mile was responsible for delivery and removal. They showed up with only a 2-man crew to move a 500-pound fridge, then realized a third person was needed. I was told they’d call that afternoon with a new plan. They didn’t. I spent hours on the phone, bouncing between departments and misinformed reps just to get an update.
Two weeks later, they reschedule delivery—only for me to find out (again, not from them) that they damaged the new fridge while loading it on the truck. No call, no update, no apology. I waited all day expecting delivery that never came.
It’s now been over two months without a working refrigerator. No food storage. No clear answers. No accountability.
ZLINE: Your product failed early and your logistics partner is destroying your reputation.
Ryder Last Mile: If this is "white glove," I’d hate to see basic delivery.
Consumers deserve better. I still don’t have a fridge.
