Placed an order on the 05th Oct 2025. Received my order with items missing. Emailed them to be told they would be sent out. Still not received them on the 20th Oct so email them again to then receive a refund of £2 which did not cover what was missing. I had no email about why my products were not sent out.

Placed an order on September 22nd
Placed an order on September 22nd. Website claims 2-4 business days dispatch. It’s now October 6th and I have received and heard nothing since the confirmation email. I have emailed and tried to contact via Instagram- profile cannot be found. I have since tried to join the Facebook page which is a private group. Don’t know what to do now just want what I ordered or a refund at this point.
UPDATE- the day after writing this review I received a shipping email and the very day after that received my full order. Happy with the products not happy having to chase it to arrive.
