This is not a genuine review. This customer ordered engine oil and it was safely delivered to them by the courier with proof of delivery.
They then claimed that they could not find the parcel and even after requesting the customer to check with their family members in the same household to ascertain if anyone else received it, the customer claimed they had already checked and no one had seen the parcel. The customer was eager to get a full refund as they claimed that they had already done their car service.
Miraculously they 'found' their parcel after checking with the family members and then claimed the parcel was damaged and engine oil was leaking. They then showed suspicious pictures of the foil seal damaged on the engine oil container, only when asked about it. Finally, they showed a pool of engine oil in a bag claiming they had only salvaged 1L of engine and used it on their car but they previously claimed they had already 'done' their car service.
We were willing to offer a 50% refund. However, having noticed the inconsistencies in their story and it is obvious that the package was tampered with, we are certain that this customer attempted to take advantage of our services, and, as the situation did not go their way, they are now leaving a negative review. We are a reputable company and we put our customers at the heart of our service.
