Great customer service

I appreciate that Z Natural Foods great customer service. The manager Michael, reached out to me and clarified all of my misunderstandings. Lord willing, I would order again from them.

A customer for almost 20 years!

I have been a customer for almost 20 years and Love their products. They have high quality and fresh herbs/powders at good prices. Unlike other companies, they don't gouge or take advantage, which is appreciated and creates both customer loyalty and trust . I always recommend them to friends and family and will continue to do so. Their customer service is always great.

Great Customer Service

The products are of high quality and at great prices. I had an issue with one of the packaging and wrote to customer service and received an immediate response and replacement. I was really surprised at the kindness and understanding, and the quick resolution to my issue. Highly recommend this company.
