Great shoes. I have ordered a couple pairs from Zneakerzone and the quality of the shoes are good. Customer service has been great as well as all my questions were answered in a timely manner.

Customer service is nonexistent!

Placed an order and no update for 2 weeks and after numerous messages (as you can’t call) I was told my sizes were out of stock and I could request a refund or order something else. When I requested a refund immediately following the message I was ghosted and still waiting.

I have messaged multiple times a day with no response on IG and WhatsApp. Starting to feel like it’s a scam

Would do 0 stars if i could. I ordered three pairs of shoes only got two and only one showed up correctly have been waiting three months for a refund and wont get any response back. do not order from this scam.

Not a scam, just lack of transparency and delayed communication. Shoes arrived and they are very nice.! ZneakerZone proved me wrong. It is legit.

Christmas gifts delayed. Make sure to order with express shipping if you want to have them for Christmas xx

Just received my order and the sneakers are very high quality i am impressed. Between order and receiving my shoes i was asking a lot of questions about the shipement etc... and they were very reactive so i really appreciate the experience with also extra discount with etransfer.

Well they say they are located in Ottawa canada, and that the shoes I ordered are in stock and ship from Ottawa. I live a few hours away from Ottawa so should really only take a few days to be delivered especially when paying for express shipping. Fast forward one week they say the shoes have shipped but still have no tracking from canada post yet ? Wow how is that? Pretty sure the shoes are being shipped from another country and canada post still has not received the shipment, therefore no tracking info. This co should be straightforward with people. Either that or I have been completely scammed. I will update this review if I ever receive the shoes. Well I will update my review. Got one pair of shoes 3 weeks later. Never receive the second pair I ordered but after emailing 3-4 times before getting a response why I didn’t receive the second pair. I was told they were no longer available. Only took 3 weeks for them to respond lol. Did get my money back though. So if you’re looking at getting shoes from these guys just know the communication is terrible and don’t expect any tracking on your package although the site says that you will receive tracking within 2-3 days.

I got some shoes and said they were guaranteed authentic and when I got them I legit check them and they were reps according to Legit App. Shoes are high quality but not authentic. I tried returning them and they haven’t contacted with ups so I couldn’t get my return and got my shipment sent back to me after I payed to ship the shoes out. Definitely don’t recommend unless you are confident and okay with getting high quality fakes.

It was the best customer service I have received. James responded very fast and to every question of mine which I greatly appreciate. The shoes arrived very fast as well and they were amazing, great quality, I loved them.

The shoes are amazing, look perfect and they came in pretty quick! Only took two weeks. Very satisfied with the purchase and the whats app responses.

The shoes i order is really nice and they reply to any of your inquiries. The only thing is the shipment delay due to canada post other than that. Theyre awesome
