Looking for a V8 Dyson I saw Zoble had them at £80 cheaper than anywhere else. Having been conned before I checked them out a little. Their lovely "About Us' section says Dave is still a Director etc. but I looked them up on Companies House. Just one Director, one share holder, Daniel Farikulla and no assets or money in the bank. Daniel is 28 and has been the Director for over 3years. Unusual to have a 25year old Director of a company with such (alleged) provenance. The big thing for me was the price was too cheap and their address, for some reason Brighouse has a lot of con artists and that's what made me check the rest out. No offence to many good people there but from personal experience Brighouse has more than it's fair share.

Like others, I thought I had bought a Dyson V8 Animal. I did think asking for my Date of birth was odd, but continued with the purchase. No confirmation email was received or any update on the order. The help email was returned as an invalid address and the telephone number was constantly engaged.
I looked up any reviews of Zoble and found this page.
No money has been taken but I have cancelled my credit card now just in case.
I do not like the fact that they have my address though.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE, DO NOT USE

I purchased a Dyson V8 from this site, entered my full details including date of birth and card details. I use Monzo so I got a notification that an active card check had been performed, but no money was debited. They now have my full name, DOB and card details which is the only reason the site was set up.

Are they being reported yet? I contacted Daniel FARIKULLAH on Facebook but no reply yet.

The website is extremely professional and convincing but I have had the same experience as other reviewers - constant engaged tone, no response to emails, no goods. This is the second time I've been scammed trying to buy this vacuum and I'm no mug. Having had my fingers burned already I looked up the company at companies house and the company shown at the bottom of the page - Homeware Dynamics Ltd - appears to be bona fide and up-to-date with its accounts so I thought I was buying with confidence. I didn't even think about why they should need my date of birth, but they have essentially gleaned all the details they need to do some damage. I have cancelled my credit card accordingly. The Dyson V8 Absolute is on special offer for £299.99 at several places at the mo so I've gone with Currys.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!

My Mum placed an order for a Dyson on the basis that the website was well-designed, comprehensive and looked legitimate. However, when she placed the order (which required her name, address, date of birth and card details) there was no bank security box during the transaction and she didn't receive an email confirmation. Her order never showed up in her account and when she rang "Zoble" it was constantly engaged.

No money has been taken from her account but she has now cancelled her credit card, just in case.

I read elsewhere that the website was only set up last month (Nov 18) on a short term lease, so looks as though they scam as many people as possible quickly, then return with a different company name. A company does not need your date of birth for you to be able to make a purchase.

To any potential customers I strongly recommend that you steer well clear of zoble.co.uk. I am 86 years of age and feel very distressed,
I feel as if I have been scammed by them, I placed an order for Dyson V8 absolute sale price £219.99 few days ago. I kept an eye on the website for its despatch/delivery status for couple of days it stated pending, on the 3rd day their website stated the order had been cancelled no reason given.
I called their customer service tel number which I found to be engaged and which has remained engaged continuously for 2 days now I have also sent them numerous emails to which they have not responded to.
For peace of mind I called my bank to see if any payment had been made to Zoble, fortunately it had not, having listened to what my bank suggested I decided to cancel my credit card for further peace of mind.
All in all I feel this company is just a front they obtain your card details at point of sale in order to use the information fraudulently at later date, your requested items will never be delivered.
I hope this information will help you genuinely.

Do not trust this website, you will not receive the goods they are just after your card details, this is the same fraudulent website as vezoo please do your research beware do not buy from this company.
