No Feedbacks from Jobs applied,No Follow up
Nice recruitment website in general but i sometimes i get hessitant applying because i don't get feedbacks from my previously applied jobs which is not good enough.
I hope this is resolved.
If i eventually get a job using this site,i will sing your praises all my life and even invite my colleague and friend to use it too.

Initially ok but then I kept being…
Initially ok but then I kept being bombarded with emails full of jobs that I had already seen and some of which I had applied for.
Also, some jobs are no longer available when you click through and haven't been for some time.
There needs to be a way to stop repeating the same jobs everyday.
The job age filter doesn't seem reliable either.
Finally, jobs are not targetted well and the searches need to be a lot more sophisticated as job role names can be very varied.
Many of the issues are down to the content entered by the agencies!

Maybe unfair to only award 3 stars but I felt that the roles advertised were being advertised elsewhere first and I found myself duplicating applications sometimes.
