I should have read the reviews! What a mistake. Took forever for the shoes to come (made in china). They finally arrived and they are way too big. Very cheap construction. There is no return policy you just are supposed to email and they are supposed to reply. It’s been a few days and I have not received anything. What a scam!
I was so stupid for not checking reviews before I bought. The shoe broke when I tried initial adjustment.
Sizing is off and construction is cheap.
I made such a mistake!
These people are running a scam. Don't go near them. I received an order and emailed them to tell them I wanted a refund. The shoes were extremely cheap and shoddy and they can't get the sizes right.\
I could buy better shoes in Bali for $20 and these cost around $60AUD - a complete, dishonest rip off.
After I told them what the problem was, they responded by telling me they would re-send the shoes. They re-sent the whole order and the sizes were still not correct.
After that they would not answer my emails and essentially refused to give me the refund. My next step will be to go to the bank to get the funds credited back to me - and that's a very tedious process.
DON'T SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE
This company charges you for the merchandise immediately, sends you emails about an "upcoming tracking number", and then leaves you hanging. It appears to be a scam. No merchandise and they operate with a gmail account. I hope to help others not lose their money, as I have.
