Hello, 1.5 months back we ordered online "Fauteuil suspendu oeuf résine Balancelle rotin- Vérone - Beige - Verone"; , we paid delivery charges as well, since then we are waiting for the product to get delivered. They sent the SMS to confirm the delivery time, we confirmed, but the product didnt deliver, this happened 2 times, we had to stay at home full day waiting for the delivery but till today this is not done.. they cancelled the delivery after passing the delivery time, I would say very bad service .. tried reaching customer support but no proper response.
updates on 25/09:
The product was not delivered and no refund was given.. I lost 211 euro .. Online they are scammers.

I already have a review in place. but since the answer from ZOLI99 to my previous review fails to address the real problem, I am forced to write this once again.
i had no intention to include specific timelines and quote and unquote communications , but following the example set by ZOLI99 in their answer given here, i guess i can quote the impolite communication.
i had ordered a extendable dining table on 15th Jan, the entire payment was completed by MARCH and the product was to be delivered in JUNE.
I had mailed on May 23rd , updating my return to BELGIUM. i was updated on MAY 26th that there is a delay by the supplier. BUT i was promised this as in the mail "I confirm that you will receive your delivery planning sms the week of 26/06." i agreed to wait
i mailed back again on 26/06 for the update, but this time, my mails got diverted to chats.
so i had to chat with the customer service.
the communication from 26/06 MONDAY to 30/06 FRIDAY was utterly disappointing.
i wasnt given any clear update about my order. i was told things like " the week is not over yet, you will get your sms by FRIDAY"
on several occasions :
"Hello, the week isn't over you will get the sms tomorrow the later".
i wanted to talk to the Manager when i was told on FRIDAY that i will get the sms on Saturday. the funny thing is customer service is closed on weekends, when i raised my concerns , i was told :
"The week is not over, the week ends Sunday. the manager is not customer service". and that i should chat again on MONDAY incase i dont receive any SMS.i was not provided with any contact details of any higher authority.
i enquired about REFUND, i got no response in the CHAT, the chat was closed and i kept waiting online for more than an hour with no response.
that is when i wrote my first review here in Trustpilot, and tried to contact ZOLI99 in social media.
that was even worse.
first thing that i was told there was "ok, i will help you". "Remove all your reviews from google pages im checking with our office"
i contacted the IG message once again after 3 hours. asked if there is anyway to access the manager or anybody higher up as the website customer service wasnt very helpful since 26/06 MONDAY. this being FRIDAY 30/06.
this was the reply :
"please stop with your pressure." "no need to send a message every minute"
"you contact this morning at noon time"
"you will not learn me my job right"
even while giving a perfectly normal answer like "i do not know what happen with your parcel, my colleagues is checking" rude remarks like "it does not take some seconds" were added.
"what goal we have to make you unhappy ? can you just tell me?"
the mails that were send to me till MAY 26 was polite, informative which gave me the confidence to wait.
but the chats with the website from 26/06 TO 30/06 had no helpful information or update, it looked like reluctance or being clueless and on top of it RUDE and IMPOLITE.
an admin guy did call me. i agreed to check other dining tables at the store, before cancelling.
i got an email id from him to mail my cancellation and the offensive chat screenshots. till date here in the review ans or in the mails later did this issue of IMPROPER COMMUNICATION get addressed.
Honestly that is the only ISSUE i have been trying to communicate here.
in the answer to my previous review, ZOLI99 points out that i received my refund on the 4th. not denying it. i also expressed my gratitude in mails, in the chat and also in the review for the prompt action. but isnt that that the procedure ?? how is a refund supposed to compensate the RUDE REMARKS ??
lastly : 25/07 last tuesday morning i received a message from ZOLI99 to update my reference number, name and contact details to ascertain the authenticity of my review. i am hoping it is a standard procedure. how otherwise did ZOLI99 customer service and then the admin in his call and mails ask me to remove my reviews, if they had doubts about its authenticity.
how could ZOLI99 in ans to my review, quote and unquote my mail communication, without knowing that it is truly me.
i have not shared my reference number in any of my reviews, neither did i mention writing a review in any of my chats on FRIDAY 30/06.
i honestly will never purchase anything online.
never in my 9 years of stay in Belgium, have i been subjected to such RUDE, IMPROPER and INSULTING customer service.
i hope trustpilot readers, reading zoli99 ans to my review and the chat remarks i have quoted above, will have no doubt recognising the IMPOLITE tone.
i rest my case here. i hope no other Customer has an experience like mine;

Both Miyad and R. were professional, quick and exact.
They installed the furniture quickly and placed it where we wanted.
Due to the service model we paid, diamond, they took the packaging back with them and everything was swift for us.
One day on the Zoli99 site,
the next day with our sofa where we wanted it.

I purchased a sofa in 16/04/2023 they told my my sofa will be delivered in the week of 3 of May but not delivered.they sent me a link that my sofa will be delivered at 7/6/ 2023 I have to stay at home from 8:00 morning until 19:00 but didn't delivered and I called many times they didn't answer. And I sent another of mails didn't reply. I went to the shop nothing did and said we will sent an email and didn't get reply. This was my mistake to purchased sofa in Zoli99 Oostende. Don't purchased something in this shop and I didn't recommend for any one.
