Zoli is a scam. No refund yet

Zoli is a scam. I ordered a sofa and I paid everything in spot. When the delivery date came they brought me home a conpkerely different sofa. I did not accept that but regardless they left it at my place for several days. Those days I had to save a spot for their elevator to come pick back the sofa that they brought wrong.
After getting the sofa I was told that I will not be able to receive what I ordered. They simply did not have it and I will receive a refund in 14 days.
It has passed almost three months and I still have mot received my money. The customer care says it is talking to management. A total scam as the management has not responded to them like it is in another planet not the same company.

I bought a sofa in a promotion in July (the 3rd) they promised to deliver the item 5 days later, but the next day I received a text message saying that they would only deliver on the 31st, I waited and on the 29th they changed the date again to August 8th, and once again they changed it to August 14th, yesterday (August 13th) I received two calls from them but I was in the hospital and couldn't answer them, a few minutes later I tried to get back to them but without success, today is the day After receiving the order, I cannot contact them, and the tracking link for the item is no longer available. I'm desperate not to have an answer, it's very sad to have to come here and write about this because I really like the store's products, but the delivery service and communication with the customer is terrible. I'm still waiting to receive my order, I don't know when it will be! 🤦🏽‍♀️

Unacceptable customer service- no timely refund

I ordered and paid a table on 12.06.24. On 14.06.24 I received a message that the table had been sent. Then, no further information and only after I contacted the chatbox (no possibility to contact Zoli99 by phone) I was informed that the table actually had not left their company. Again I had to contact the chatbox to have further information and on 02.07.24 I was informed that Zoli99 cancelled my order due to a logistic problem. Zoli99 promised the refund within 14 days, hence 16.07.24. Again no action from their side in the next 14 days…Zoli99 keeps promising they will undertake action but nothing happens. Today is 24.07.24 and still no refund. This is unacceptable. From the reviews I read here it is not an isolated case… Legal action will be undertaken and the belgian consumer organization „Test-Achats“ will be contacted.
