I really used to like zolo, I recommended it to people but now they've just recently updated, they're hiding the past sales (History) of each places now and they have cut other info from of the houses, like square footage and land size. Unfortunately I'll have to search for another real estate site to look at now.Maybe the real estate agents aren't getting the activity they used to so now they're hiding things so you're forced to call them for the info.

Zolo Scam
It is Zolo On April 2, 2024, the caretaker—whose name and face I didn't even know until I went to turn in the keys—called to ask whether I was moving. Yes, I replied, I moved into my new home yesterday, about 500 metres away, but I will provide the keys to the owner by today, April 2, or early tomorrow morning. He nodded, but he didn't explain to me the exit procedure, which requires me to enter the code in the app to get out without being charged. He called me the following day and made the same question, but he omitted the procedure. When I went to Zolo to give him the keys, he said, "You're going to be charged." I asked him, "How come you never told me about the exit procedure other than giving me the keys?" He began speaking with me, saying there was no choice but to pay. When I brought up the escalation with Zolo support, they listened to the new carer who had only started working there a few weeks prior. I refuse to pay any fees associated with my departure on April 1st. These carers are unaware of the autonomous nature of problem solving when one arises. They phone the property manager first, who informs them that they must make the payment and that he will not be in the current circumstances. The carer is now expected to pay with no other options. He even disregarded me when I stood up to continue talking, so there was nothing we could do.
First off, for the last three months, there have been three new caretakers, four new cleaning crew members, and one new property manager at Zolo Splendour. One squad has vanished and is unknown to anybody. Our crew began lying about not having any cleaning or anything for three days. We never once received any notification indicating that the carer had changed. Three of us are departing that room on April 2 and 3, but none of us received clear directions regarding how to leave. The others left with keys when I told them.
In the last three months, there have been a lot of worries and problems with cleaning, water, managing, and other things. However, we continued to remain silent. Even the cleaning surveys that were available on the apps were discontinued. When we weren't present, they would just ask one girl to give a five-star review.
The identical problem with the promo code occurred when I took Zolo in November. Ajay is the carer at the time, and he never answers his phone. When I first arrived, he wasn't even there. Upon my arrival, Mohan and Shashank assisted me with logging in. I typed all the codes and information in front of them, but they later started accusing me of not doing it. Nobody is aware of the procedure there; I had to struggle to get that offer. Since they claimed to have an offer, I vacated and arrived at Zolo early.

I want to write my experience about zolo because I don't want it too be late for people blindly walking into a trap.
When I first heard of zolo I always assumed it was a very reputable organisation that came with very strict policies. Buy boy I was so wrong....
Don't get me wrong the staff is very friendly and always smiling but little did I know that's all they do. So I chose to stay in Zolo Wonderwall. Everytime I had a issue I was speaking with the property manager "Devansh". He's a very friendly guy who always greets you nice and speaks very nice but that's all they do. They just talk, they do not execute. This guy never followed up with the assistance I requested he always laughed it off with casual talk. It was so annoying and it was very frustrating towards the end. The issue I had was I wanted to leave zolo and a month prior I wanted to give a notice but just didn't know how to, so Devansh the manager asked to speak with the caretaker and he will do it for me. The caretaker went to my phone on my app and told the notice has been sent, fast forward a month- and I see on the app that my rent for next month is nearly due. I was so confused because the caretaker had already sent the notice. Then when I contacted Devansh after several attempts he finally picks up and agrees to speak with me. He made it look like the fault was on my side despite the fact that it was his instructions we followed to initiate the notice. Now I'm stuck here for another month I can't move out because they won't give my deposit back. Also while I'm here I should mention how bad the toilet always smells, housekeeping is below average and yeah I had the fan almost fall on me while I was asleep. So please reconsider and research before moving into a place that you may think is reputed. Don't go by brand, go by brains.

Zolo is froudy PG, They will deduct all your deposit security amount when you will leave the property,with the name of electricity bill,when you will ask why electricity bill is showing higher thana usal months,they will simply reply it was distributed between, while you have will never got electricity bill higher than that.
Worst place you could ever stay
Issues will not be resolved and they will put issue resolved in system. You have to go back and raise the issue again and the cycle will go on. Poorly managed rooms, no proper cleaning. And if you call customer support, they will make a mockery of your complaint. Care taker will always be rude. Room cleaned message will come even if the guy never visited you room for the entire day. Better never waste your money on Zolo is my genuine advice. I think majority of the positive reviews here would be by the company employees only as no customer will give them more than 1 star. Searching for a new home for immediate vacation
Unpleasant Experience with Agent During Property Inquiry
I had a less than satisfactory experience with Julia Mossanen during my recent property inquiries. While exploring two properties, I found her approach rather discourteous and unwelcoming. Upon discussing my budget, she suggested that I should directly contact the listing agent instead of seeking her assistance. As I primarily use Zolo for market searches and Julia is the listed agent, I expected a more professional interaction. Unfortunately, her manner was brusque and not conducive to a productive discussion. In my view, her customer service skills could benefit from improvement. For future property inquiries, I would recommend considering direct engagement with the listing agent.

One of the worst decision to choose zolo PG. How much they are charging 1000 token amount(not adjusted anywhere)+ advance payement+security deposit + 600(agreement charge)+ 2100 for leaving the PG So you know 4000 rs just for choosing zolo. If you go for other PG you will save this amount. Don’t go for zolo stays.
