Got a claim from UPS that i have NO KNOWLEGE ABOUT! This company threaten with legal actions before even atempting to reach out prior to the email breaching the chain of prosses required by a company.
Their claim came without any copy of the original invoice, therby makeing it virtually impossible to know what the claim is about.
They claim i have not paid and now sent a letter that if i dont pay it will take legal actions, breaking the etchics and legal terms for claiming any payment.
I also made video copy of the screen and menues showing questionable and little to non-information.
Also, I recorede the call verifying that their number is not opperational.
UNREALISTIC DEBT COLLECTION FEES:
Their markup is above the legal standards of what is allowed to claim form small and big debt collection fees.
Their registered norwegian phone number is out of order and no reply on emails.
Their claim went directly to threaten with legal actions without any prior communcations or invoices. No where in our business, emails, EHF, digital mail do we find any invoices from UPS.
This illegal and in breach of the standards and ethics to be able to be able to be a debt collection company and breaches all requirements to claim money.
I find their methods extremly agressive and uprofessional to the point of beeing unseriouse and shady and will repport this to the autorities Finansklagenemnda.
Document everything, and send written correspondence for documentations to provide to court and authorities. Remeber to report things like this to autorities.

Criminals!!!
Criminals!!!. Their Spanish company stole €4000 from me which has now been reported as fraud, scam and corruption.
DO NOT DEAL WITH ZOLVA... My experience is Zolva.es but I have reached out to other departments and they never respond yet continue to harass me several times per day.
