My Experience has been wonderful.

God is Good.
My Experience has been wonderful under the Management of Sir. Praveen (financial Advisor).
Zolve has gained Trust from me , who lost hope in other financial institutions. No Drama , No double words.

Pathetic credit card services run by a bunch of incompetent and callous folks! DO NOT work with this provider, there are lots of better alternatives available.

I’ve been trying to email. The customer support team back-and-forth for the last three days and they have not been able to resolve anything.

I had a smooth and stress-free…

I had a smooth and stress-free experience with Zolve for my education loan.
Sethu guided me through every step, from collecting documents to getting the loan disbursed. He was always available, clarified all my doubts, and made the whole process simple.

One of the best parts was that Zolve even reimbursed my processing fee, which was a big help.
Highly recommend Zolve to students planning to study abroad!

I've been a Zolve user for over a year…

I've been a Zolve user for over a year now. I think they are doing a good job for students. But, they lack some core features that students need like 0% APR for new comers. As they charge more when you won't pay on time or didn't pay your statement in full. Your account will be charged with a hefty amount. And they are very particular about the CLI thing. I don't know the exact format they use, but I didn't get any CLI till now. I'm a stubborn person when it comes to the payments on time. That's it, they have a long way to go.

They sent goons to my house back in…

They sent goons to my house back in India for the credit card debt in the US (Which debt was applied, approved and consumed on the US homeland!!) in extremely illegal way.

They banged my house doors, and threatened my parents for the payment, and also made my family embarrassed in front of society!

We filed a complaint in the local Police department as well and submitted all the CCTV footage as well.

I have also reported to the US authorities.

Fraud reporting is close to impossible.

An unknown person has fraudulently taken a credit card out with ZOLVE in my name and I've tried going to their website which is all but useless. There are no paths to anything like a fraud department and in order to dispute anything I must know details about the account that I don't have. The first sign of this was from credit monitoring telling me I've exceeded my limit with ZOLVE/TBOM - an entity I'd never heard of until this morning - Annoying that I can't easily contact them to resolve this.

Bad experience

I’ve been a Zolve customer for almost a year and recently encountered a situation that required filing a dispute over a missing package. Despite the package being marked as ‘delivered,’ there was no evidence like a photograph or signature to confirm this. Zolve denied my dispute solely based on tracking information, without considering the possibility of theft or misdelivery, common in apartment complexes.

This experience has significantly eroded my trust in Zolve’s customer service. I will be closing my account after fulfilling my current financial obligations. If you’re considering Zolve, be cautious about their dispute resolution process—it left me unsupported when I needed it the most.

Why am I not still receiving any…

Why am I not still receiving any response from Zolve on my case regarding Credit card Fraud ?
It happened in June,2024 and this is October, been close to 4 months. No solution and additional to that pathetic service, you people affecting my credit score in USA by attaching that debt to my profile. Are you serious ? Do you think it keeps me quiet? Need immediate action or just face the consequences.

FRAUD! SCAM! Do not fall for this company’s scheme. They do not report credit to the bureau. They will ask you to apply for a credit card, and after you are approved, they will not update your report with the credit bureau. It’s just a scam. Do not use Zolve Bank—FRAUD SCAM!

Most disgusting and useless US Credit card ever. If everything fails for recovering amount they will harass cardholders by informing parents by sending late notices to Indian address. I have bigger dues in US but they never played such dirty tricks.

Email address update

09/03/2024 i requested to change the email address on my account cause i dont have access anymore to the email address that is now linked with my Zolve account. I received an email they will look at this and contact me soon... Today 09/20/2024 my email address is still not changed (To change my email takes like 1min of work???) I have send them already multiple emails, i never get any reply back...

This is really unacceptable and a very bad service.

Terrible experience

Zolve has the worst customer service. While talking to me for collections, one of their associates asked me
"how are about able to pay rent and pay for your food?" when I told him I'll more time to clear the bill. This is very insensitive. He kept raising his voice multiple times.
They do not respond on time when we want to make the payment. They respond at their own convenience. The APR is very high and they start charging it from the third month itself. They say we can pay by cash at different stores while those stores DO NOT EVEN RECOGNISE Zolve. They torment you so much when it comes to collections. They keep calling you, texting you on WhatsApp, emails etc for bill payment but do not respond at all when queries or disputes are raised.
Associates are very rude and don't try to help in anyway. All they need is money even after you accept you want to pay the entire amount with APR and late fee payment.
