Life saver for students

I was lucky to be informed by seniors before reaching the US about Zolve. I applied for their credit card where I got a good credit limit $4,500. Also, got their bank account. Had a seamless experience once i landed in the US. Ever since Zolve is the only thing I user for all things banking. Thanks Zolve for building this product for students.

Life saving card that helped me in my move to US!

Zolve credit card was a life saver for me when I moved to US for work. No bank was giving me a credit card because I did not have a US credit score. However, Zolve looked at my home country data and gave a credit limit of a whopping $10,000! And the rewards are also too good - 5% off many brands. Now I have a good credit score, and all the banks that rejected me are sending me mails to sign-up to their card!

Fantastic service!

Fantastic service! My credit score went up 44 points in a single month using Zolve. I’ve never had any issues other than a transaction or two declined because it was possibly fraudulent, but customer service was super fast and fixed the issue within minutes. Anyone who’s had a negative experience likely doesn't understand the banking institution or how payment transactions are processed. Nothing but a great product in my end!

I wanted to improve my credit score and…

I wanted to improve my credit score and then I came to know about the azpire card.
It’s been more than 6 months and it really helped me in increasing my score. It really feels good to see that my score is getting better and not only this here I also got good cashback offers also.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud! Made an external bank transfer to fund my Zolve account on September 27,2022 (it says on their website and in their T/C policy that external US bank transfers take 3-5 business days to credit) as of October 15,2022 my bank transfer has been credited to my Zolve account even though it was debited from my CHASE account weeks ago. Their customer service is crap you can only talk to them through chat and then u have to wait for them to send you an email for what happens next ive given them what they have asked for statements of proof from my CHASE account of the transfer being debited from my CHASE account and they also asked for a selfie of me holding my ID card which I sent them both and yet crickets on when my bank transfer will be credited.DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Support is very very bad. Will make your life miserable

Their support is very bad. They dont have actual suport guys in US. They made me take azpire card. When I got azpire card they disabed debit card. The bad thing is, I will be only able to do pos transaction using azpire card. No online transaction(no Amazon or any other online sites) , cannot withdraw cash. Unnecessary they will block your card, and will not tell why it block, even if you asked. Unfortunately as a new immigrant i didn't have any other account. All my cash got stuck for 1 week and I was not able to use it. Zelle is not supported so for tranfer fund to others will take weeks. The bank who have tie up with zolve will not support you. They will ask to contact zolce customer care only. I suffered like anything for last 1 week. Still not solved the issues completely. I sould have tried to take another bank account when I landed and never made zolve as my salary account.

Pathetic

Pathetic, they dynamically change your transaction limits. My transactions failed due to it which caused my penalty. I would not recommend to this anyone.

Customer service is the worst they don't even talk nicely..
I was talking to the agent "Abrar A" and this person was not even responding at times... I had to remind him/her that I am waiting for your response on chat..

You feel like trapped in Zolve..

It waste credit card

It waste credit card, I had bad experience with zolve credit card was hacked (around 5k dollars) and they had disabled my notifications to my mobile during the hacking time. When I was swiping at Kroger I got to know that there no money in card and it was declined. Immediately I saw that there no money in my credit card. So that I request respective team to block my credit card and raised dispute request. They had raised a request and gave period of 90 day resolving period ( they kept money for hold for this period). Every month I was used to ping them do a follow up, they said every time they still working on. But one fine day they had generated credit card bill where I need to pay the amount. Immediately I requested and demand that without resolving how can you ask me to pay the amount in the email chain. After many emails they responded saying that, we had investigated found no evidence and suspicious . So that you need to pay the amount. My mind got blocked by looking at that email. Again, I sent an email to reopen the ticket and told them, how can I do transactions simultaneously in short period of time in different Geo locations at same time for different hospital and spa, I told them I will approach the legal team and proceed with the case if you are not responding properly. Than they had replied saying that please do not message and we are looking into the issue and we will reply on the same email thread, and do not rised multiple requests. Meanwhile I reached to Zolve manager who raised in India and told him incident and he told me we can speak on the phone but no reply. When ever I called it was switched off.

Amazing Product, which needs a little more work

The ability to have a bank account and credit card is an amazing proposition, which did live up to most expectations. There are a few things that could have been better for a more positive experience.

1. You get two routing numbers, one for ACH and one for Wire. but note that the one for Wire doesn't support outgoing transactions which hit me with ~$150 of fees due to failed payments and not to mention the people on support didn't seem to know much about it either. I did find a mention later in the help section for the bank information page in the app, but it was too late by then.
2. Bank Statements are weird to get, and the UI was not intuitive (just me perhaps), not to mention some time and follow ups to get them (Support was great to help me out especially since I was in a hurry at the time)
3. There are many fintech apps that use a service called plaid to connect bank accounts, but this just didn't seem possible with Zolve since we don't have access to the underlying bank account directly.

Overall, it started off great but felt a bit lacking, which can definitely be improved for future customers though.

Zolve offers competitive exchange rates…

Zolve offers competitive exchange rates but this time they initiated refund on my payment which takes 5-7 days to process. And because of this I won't be able to pay my tuition on time and am losing money because of them.
