I have been contacting since the day of purchase. I purchased a book as advertised for 4.99 26 dollars and some change was taken out of my account then 21 dollars and some change then 42. Dollars and some change! I did not authorize any payment outside of 4.90 for a hard copy book! 48laws of power pink. I have reserved and requested my money back via email I have communicated with several different people I have been unsuccessful via phone email and through the site.. I can see during my research that I am not the only victim but I will be the one that advocates and stands out! You looking at a class action suit with complaints to BBB ftbc and much more. It’s not ok to false advertise to steal from people’s account and to not return there funds. You going to spend more than the 100 plus that was taken out of nu account. I’m being told the company don’t see it but the bank does and so did my funds decrease I’d like to add that I’ve requested call backs I’ve been placed on hold for countless mins I’ve been hung up on by every customer sale representative that have answered the phone from Kay to Maria to Beth which are probably all made up names and that first one idk her name but she sound like Maria.. I’ve recorded every call I made and I also let the know and after they hang up so I stop saying it. Not accredited by BBB false advertisement and taking unauthorized payments

Beware advertising HSE approved peoducts in Ireland with fake reviews. My order was detained by the HPO. I got nowhere looking for a refund until I involved PayPal who agreed with my case.and issued a refund.

I’d give this site no stars if I could. The product seems to be okay but their payment and transaction process is sneaky. They charge you multiple times and don’t offer refunds. They justify the charges through an apparent subscription that you automatically sign up for through checking out, without making it clear that you’re going to more than just a one time payment for the product.

I ordered a Oximeter that they claimed measured blood glucose and claimed that it was recommended by both Diabetes Ireland and a very respected professor in one of our leading hospitals upon later investigation neither of these claims are correct. On the basis of these and that the price was double of comparable units I bought, they also offered a free 30 day money back. When the package arrived it contained two units neither of which would even turn on. I emailed them and sent two reminders since I received them a month ago do however send advertising email every couple of days

As with Mary Collin and others, my order was supposed to be the ultrasonic cavitation and detoxification unit, the receipt was for €44 +€3.99 delivery, what I was actually charged was €55. On delivery they had sent 2 very poor quality wristband things without any chargers so I couldn't even power them up to see how they might have worked. Delivery was from China so the only connection this product has with Ireland is when it lands in the port.
Thankfully I had paid using PayPal, top marks to PayPal as they fought my case and got a full refund

I ordered 2 x ultrasonic cavitation detoxification wristband bands on 15th march, what turned up was 2 very basic smart watches, I have sent 3 emails without anyone getting back to me, absolutely shocking service, don't touch them

Dodgy site tried to clean out my account

I'm really worried about this site. I ordered an item that was meant to help alleviate fluid retention but was sent a smartwatch instead and can't get a reply to my emails. BUYER BEWARE!
