Can not get live support.SEPA Deposits take way too long to get credited 4 to 6 days. They keep claiming to include a title in SEPA transfer... I have no idea what bloody SEPA title is and Zonda does not even clarify.

Their service seems typical of eastern Europe, slow full of attitude, and they think they are doing you are favor by answering your questions when you are in reality paying their bloody salaries.... Really sick and tired of this cultural attitude!

Can't verify. Such a horrible experience. I haven't received any codes in my phone numbers. I tried with several phone numbers but failed. I reached their CS to solve the problem, but CS was more horrible than I expected. They hardly reply to emails. When I told them about the problem they said they sent a code manually, but I did not receive it. Then they told me to call them so they could make sure, and I called them, but now they say they did not receive a call from me. Now are you kidding me? What kind of technology they are using? Are they living in the 1990s? Harassment at its best.

I advise every person and company to not do business with them. They are either scammers, or they can't count/read.
I placed an order of €346,64 and choose bitcoin as payment option. They asked me to send a bitcoin amount to an address, which I did. Now, they are holding my order hostage, saying I didn't pay enough. I paid what they asked for and at that time, the value of that payment was €365,88, which is MORE than the value of my order. Even today, the value is still more than that of my order. The wallet I sent my bitcoin to holds 0.00890560 BTC from my transfer, which in EURO values currently is 352,12. Still, MORE than the order, even though BTC price is a little lower than it was at the time of my payment.
They are holding my BTC hostage and refuse to give me my order.
Don't do business with these scammers.

They said they didn't support polygon server and took my money when I explained this is not that hard procedure. They said you didn't give us enough money to start this procedure and they just didn't answer my emails. The support team shouldn't be hard-headed to do their jobs.

Very fast responde to every problem ocurred in using platform. Fast fiat money in and out.

As long as you give positive feedback they won't do anything to check if it is fake or real experience. But if you write a negative feedback they will quickly question it. I wrote a negative and it was quickly removed. Then another negative and it was questioned and removed. But when I made a fake positive than it was ok.
