Great Products and excellent service

I recently started triathlon / open water swimming and Zone3 have been my go to brand for all of my big purchases. Recently I had an issue with my Wetsuit which was resolved by Adam in great time and with the best possible outcome. I'll definitely be purchasing more from them in the future.

Wetsuit sizing advice

I contacted Adam about purchasing my first wetsuit, as I was sitting between sizes, he responded quickly to my request for help and recommended a SM size for me, and if it wasn’t right Zone3 were happy to accept a return & help me to get the correct fit of wetsuit. The suit arrived very quickly after placing the order. The sizing is perfect, the fabric feels really great next the skin, the quality feels really good. I am excited about going for a swim with my wetsuit. I would highly recommend this company for their products and customer service.

Really great service

Really great service. I needed to a return an item (bought 2 sizes as wasn't sure of fit) and it was super easy to do the return. Product looks really great - can't wait to wear it!

Great Products, Great Service

Zone3 customer service is A+++

Zone3 products are great - they're my go-to for everything open water swimming and more. I did have an issue with a product, however, and got in touch with customer service. My email was responded to incredibly quickly by Adam, and thanks to him (and his manager!) my item is going to be replaced ASAP. Such great customer service should be an example to other retailers.

Issue quickly resolved hassle free

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. I was having difficulties with placing an order as it wouldn't allow shipment to Ireland for the on sale wetsuit I wanted. I contacted customer service who got in contact with their IT and changed their site settings. Very happy customer & a bargain wetsuit.
