I had a very poor experience due to an automatic contract renewal

I had a very poor experience due to an automatic contract renewal that was enforced despite not having used their services for more than six months. When I disputed the invoice, I was told it could not be adjusted, which felt unreasonable and unfair. Customer service also took a full week to respond to my request to review the contract. I would strongly recommend reviewing the renewal terms carefully before using this service.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with the contract renewal and our response time was disappointing — this is not the level of service we aim to provide.

Our contracts do include automatic renewal terms, but we understand that this can feel unreasonable, especially if the service has not been actively used. Contract details and renewals can be managed at any time via the Zoner Home control panel. In addition, we notify the account’s designated primary user in advance of upcoming renewals, allowing sufficient time to review the continued need for the service.

At the moment, our customer service team is experiencing an unusually high volume of inquiries, which has unfortunately impacted response times. We sincerely apologize for the delay this may have caused.

We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication and refine our renewal notifications to avoid similar situations in the future.

Poor service

I forgot to cancel within the 30d prior to new contract, because I really have not been using their services, this is the main reason my subcription is still active. They refused to cancel the contract and now they wont re-date payment even when I told them I’m unable to deal with it within the date they issued… Customer service is at very disappointing level

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY! Worst hoisting service I have experienced (and I have used a lot). They didn't answer my request to send me domain authorisation codes for days. I had to send them multiple reminders, contact them in chat multiple times. They caused me a big mess and also didn't answer my emails about cancelling the new invoice they sent.

Appealing pricing and works decently at…

Appealing pricing and works decently at fist. In the end, you get scammed into paying more and more for things you never ordered with long disputing periods about who's to blame for your increasing bills. Unsubscribing is made difficult and you will have to monitor what you're actually paying for.
