The solar panels were installed to my satisfaction, but unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the installation of the air conditioning systems.

In my experience, the air conditioning installation was carried out very poorly and came across to me as rushed work. There are several aspects that I have serious concerns about and that, in my opinion, were not installed properly or in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

I contacted the company several times about these issues and asked them to rectify the problems. Unfortunately, they have since stopped responding to my messages in any meaningful way, and none of the issues I reported have been resolved to date. No attempt has been made to rectify the problems either.

As the matter is now part of an ongoing legal process, I will not go into further detail here. I can only share my own experience: I am satisfied with the solar panel installation, but I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the air conditioning installation and the way the issues have been handled afterwards.

Unfortunately, I am also now experiencing an issue with my inverter. However, I am unable to get in contact with the company about this either.

In the initial stage, they gave a competitive offer and gave a good discount.
Ony hiccup happened during scheduling, but they reschuled quickly and handled it very professionaly.
The installation team was also good and experienced. Carried out the work with good quality and were very effective in communication.

Very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them.

Quote came fast. First visit was within a week, so very quick also. Appointment to install the solar panels was within 2 weeks so also this very quick!
Workers very friendly and customer orientated, they made adjustments to what was agreed at the first visit to look it more nicer.
Also aftercare when we had question got handled quick!

I visited office " Zonnepaneel Gelderland" on 15th of May 2023. The same day i have got the proposal from Amir Ghorbany.
And till 31st of May 2023
- 9 x panels "Jinko 430 Wp Tiger Neo N-Type Full Black" were installed on 30th of May
- all my questions regarding SOLPLANET App on mobile phone and SOLPLANET monitoring on WEB site were answered ASAP
