I used first time, and must say I’m very impressed! Incredible great customer service. Huge choice of products. We based in U.K. and received parcel mega quickly.
I’m a Pomeranian breeder and definitely will be coming back to make more orders. And strongly recommend to make orders on this lovely website.

If there would be a way to rate this company "0", I would definitely do so.
Not only their prices for UK customers are higher, than for other EU countries, but also their website is completely useless, as you would never know are the items actually in stock or not. If you are planning to make a big balk order, please be aware there won't be enough products in stocks. It will take them up to 5 working days after your payment to complete your order and the cherry on the top of all of it - their delivery company is GLS (just check it here, on Truspilot)...

Order placed on Wednesday and arrived on Monday so very happy with delivery service considering it came from Germany. Would use Zoobio again.

I had to use this Supplier as the Integra Renal is the only food she can and is able to eat , and it’s made in Germany , great service and quickly despached, only criticism is that you have to order by tin , not pack ,

I really like this store for my pet. Any time I had a difficulty, they addressed it immediately. I have exchanged several emails, and they are competent and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

We recently purchased some cat and clean litter from Zoobio as we were let down by a previous website! Being able to navigate the website easily was a plus. We were kept informed from ordering to dispatch and delivery. Well done we shall be ordering again.

I'm so pleased I discovered Zoobio and will be a regular customer from now on. The business is based in Germany and stocks many items I can't get here in the UK. I ordered Olewo carrot pellets and beetroot pellets which are miracle-workers for dogs with digestive issues. You can't find these in the UK except on Amazon, where they're expensive with high shipping costs.

I also ordered tinned Pedigree Heart, Liver and Tripe which again is easily digestible and super-healthy, and can't be found in the UK. My fussy dog goes mad for it!

Delivery is free for orders over £51.00 and I was easily able to reach this with tripe sticks and K9 Green Tripe Topper. The latter is expensive but worth the cost for fussy eaters, and a little goes a long way.

Delivery took 11 days because one of the items in my order needed to be restocked, but I was notified of this the same day I placed my order.

I'm surprised at the amount of negative reviews - my experience of Zoobio was the very opposite and I'm more than happy with their products and service.

I was buying a cat food from Germany through another website (although I'm reading that Zoobio may be another 'face' of that company?). After continuously bad customer service, I started using Zoobio.

I rarely experience any problems with Zoobio. Things are usually in stock and orders are shipped reasonably quickly.

Once, something I ordered wasn't actually in stock. They contacted me soon after I made the order and asked if I would like to cancel or wait till the date it would be in stock again; I thought that was fair.

Used my Groupon voucher. Ordered my grandmother's Christmas gift, framed picture on 29th November Still haven't received it and today is February 4th. No communication, just ignore me. Groupon will not help either. Avoid Groupon and Me zoo. Fraudulent companies. Avoid!!!!!

Although all products were marked in stock the parcel was not dispatched for 6 days - despite having paid an extortionate fee for shipping it has still not arrived four days later. I chose them due to their wide range of products but should have ordered from a reliable, reputable company with a narrower range, as these people appear to simply be a scam.

Apalling customer service, website incorrect information, no contact, absolute sham! ordered food from them which clearly said IN STOCK, a week later it still isn’t dispatched. Communication - ZERO ! I was assured it would be dispatched yesterday, called , left messages, emailed , phone continuously on voice . Delivery should be 3 - 5 days , they have no clue .

You have to expect that they will delivery your order in one month but they advertise fast delivery.
Communication is really bad. Very bad customer service.
I canceled my order because of long delivery but they delivered it to another person. I didn't get any money back.

Well ,the range of products is very good,
Hence why I will try again with them ,but the delivery is slow and I have had nightmare experiences with their couriers (DPD)I will not even get there.All I can say is that i believe they could have acted faster and solve the problem without leave me to stress for weeks on end. If your courier company act poorly you let them know with actions.

I placed an order on 12th September. Since that time I didn't get any email or confirmation when my order will be despatched. I sent an email to them asking how long it will take but no response. I cancelled my order already, I'm not going to wait anymore. Waste of time!
