I'm very pleased with the quality of service

I'm very pleased with the quality of the service I get from Zoofy and their handy-persons. I continue to use them for services around the house and find the pricing also fair and transparent.

One thing that could improve is the ability to see all previous works in one overview, and track each job and the rescheduling doesn't work very well, and ends up doing multiple bookings for the same job.

I had horrible experience with them

I had horrible experience with them! A gardener came and just take a look, and charged me for 79.95 Euro. He did absolutely nothing!! I complained to Zoofy about it, and they suggested me to reduce the invoice amount to 74.95 Euro. How stupid solution is that? Who would pay for getting a quotation? Everyone gives quotation for free of charge because the actual job has NOT been done!!!
I will never use Zoofy and strongly recommend other people not to use. I really don't understand why Gamma connects with Zoofy though.

In the middle of all the Paid reviews.. .

In the middle of all the Paid reviews , here it goes.. .
I tried them for 5 times for different activities, plumbing , electrical work, Lock changing, oh boy every single one of them scammed and tried to work around Zoofy. Very professional scammers. Not anymore, Now I know there are more DIY’ers in the Netherlands. No honour here, just lots of scammers.

Wonderful experience

The wonderful service was really appreciated. The whole house is now spic and span, so clean. Our maid was so friendly and she was an excellent cleaner. I highly recommend this company.

Terrible experience

This was a very bad experience. Emina (E.B snelgroep bv) is actually not the pro. She brought a guy to do the work. However, that person cannot speak Dutch or English. Emina is the translator between us.
On the first day, they went to Bouwmaat Eindhoven with us to buy a lot of things about 600 euro. And the guy removed the old toilet. They asked us to pay (353.90 euro) for the first day through Zoofy. We did it although the work is not done yet.

On the second day they came to install the new toilet. They said it could take 4-5 hours to finish it. However, after 8 hours, The toilet is still halfway. The quality of the finished part is very bad: for instance, the new tiles are not at the same plane as the existing ones. They asked us to pay for the second day directly to them. We said we will only pay after the toilet is completely finished. Finally, we paid half amount (255 euro) of what they asked for the second day. They said they would come again. However, after leaving they do not reply my message any more. I think they do not have the skills on how to do this kind of work.

The toilet is completely messy now. We have to find somebody else to redo the work.
It is a terrible experience.

Can’t claim insurance

Got a bathroom mirror installed through them. Purchased the insurance while booking the service. Unfortunately the handyman broke the mirror corner during the installation. Since then I have contacted the company through multiple online forms (no number available to call), but so far no reply, no call back nothing. If I don’t hear anything by Monday, next stop would be complain to Dutch regulators and via ACM since it’s an insurance product and regulated by law.

Bad Quality and Unclear payment

2 points:
1) Bad Quality
The quality of the job was bad. The scope of the job was to seal the bathroom drain, and the sealing is already loose and coming off, after 1 month. Of course this is not something that you can notice in guarantee period of 72 hours, but now after 1 month is it worse than it was before the job was done. FYI, the previous sealing that was done in other place has lasted for 2 years, just for comparison.
2) Overcharged
The technician was misleading about the payment. He knew the bill was too high for 30 mins job, and still pressured me to pay. I had to contact Zoofy to refund the overchange and it took several weeks and many emails to receive partial refund.

Zero flexibility, zero transparency, zero support

The system is extremely pushy not transparent at all.
There is no possibility to interact with a real person.
You request a task and they book for you the specialist, date and time. Unless you are very alert, you will end up with something different from what you really need, because there is no opportunity for discussing the task with the specialist, nor to agree on times, etc.
The next step is an email reminder 24 hours in advance. If you want to cancel, it is too late. You have to pay cancellation costs.
Worst of all, there is no phone contact or anyone to complain or cancel in urgency.
They should learn something from Werkspot, where you get the choice of multiple workers, and you interact with them to arrange the details of the task, agree the times, etc.
Never again Zoofy for me.

We ask you the time and date you're available when you book the job. Your booking was confirmed three days before the job, you could have cancelled that whole time but indicated you missed the confirmation. We then remind you of the appointment and get blamed for you missing the confirmation...

The costs have already been refunded because we always understand missing a confirmation but to then give us a 1 star for this seems a bit unfair.

awful service and job has never been completed.

awful service in the Netherlands and the service was never completed
In November 2022 I have requested a service to fix a new thermostat at my home at Zoofy in the Netherlands. Zoofy assigned a dedicated professional to my request. after the installation it turned out that the thermostat needed an extra converter to make a connection between the thermostat and the cv kettle at my place. this was never said or done by the professional. They professional ordered the additional item but apparently it was out of stock and said to me to wait. At this moment I cant return the Thermostat back to Coolblue, retailer where i purchased the thermostat(they said : you had 30 days of warrenty for the return). Zoofy since then didnt take any form of responsibility to compensate me financially while it was not my mistake in the first place and I paid the professional 110 eur for the service that was never delivered! ~really bad company, no service and really intimidating!!! And for the record the job has never been completed ! So Service was never delivered!

Good morning,

Earlier on February the 14th, there was also a report of incorrect work, but unfortunately the money had already been paid to Henk van Steeg for the booked job at that time. I looked for the job and see that it was completed on January 18, 2023.
We responded to you on the 15th of February but only got a reply back on the 23rd of March. Unfortunately, this means that the warranty period has already expired. There is a standard warranty period of two months on installation and assembly, as is confirmed with Zoofy's Terms and Services when booking a job.

In this case it's important to take your own responsibility.

Today

Today, due to a last minute emergency I had to contact the services offered by Zoofy looking for immediate help. Thanks to Vinay, the person I have been in contact with, I was able to solve it quickly and effectively. How lucky that Zoofy can count on such a friendly and efficient worker!

Waited for three hours for nothing

Waited for three hours, from 6-9pm, the lady didn't show up at all, do not respond to calls and messages. Terrible first trial.
