Tried the free 10 gig plan. Cannot connect to the VPN. Emailed customer support (Alex). Did not get any response. I uninstalled the VPN. I'm glad that I tried the free version before buying a paid version.

Bought lifetime, and they keep removing servers from the lifetime account. Poor speeds as well. What's the point of a lifetime account if there are no servers left to connect to?
Contacted them about it and they ignored me repeatedly.

ZoogVPN still haven't responded to my emails, and keep saying that my review isn't verified despite Trustpilot verifying it. Please stop gaslighting my review! Wish this back and forth wasn't required and they would deliver the service I paid for!

After doxxing me in the review (Thanks Trustpilot for getting them to remove it) they finally replied to my emails and agreed to temporarily add more servers in return for me deleting this review. I have refused as my experience has been so negative I'd rather others knew.

I have paid for a two year subscription. I cannot connect to any servers. I cannot even connect to their website to contact customer support. I guess the old saying "you get what you pay for" is very true for this company. Update on my experience. The problem has been fixed, which is very good. I guess if you don't mind not being able to connect to servers sometimes, their price point is not too bad. I boosted my rating up to three stars.

What a shame. I subscribed from a Lite Package and the results : A ultra poor speed (0,5Mb), a lots of unaivable servers, and the worst : A customer service which doesnt answer at all !
What is the conclusion after 15 days ? YOu paid for nothing and you are not treated as a customer .... A Scam, to avoid

It is very practical and user friendly.
If browser extensions are provided for VPN service, it will definitely be more useful .
The response of the support team is also good.

The product is great, but I have found the customer service to be not always be fantastic. I've had to chase issues up more than once.

I have had recurrent issues for months now of payments being taken, account suspended and then reconnected after many communications from myself.
All in all a very poor service as again today I have been unsuccessful, so far, in being able to resolve.
Therefore I do not recommend.

My issue has not been resolved. Zoog want me to take out another plan which is more expensive than my present plan and in USD $'s not GBP £'s. Needless to say I find this totally unacceptable and if could give a minus score I would as the issue is with ZoogVPN.
Stay clear of.

Issue was NOT satisfactorily resolved, after several months of email communication, so I discontinued my membership.

Good VPN service provider. So far the support is good and flexible.

Works good with many servers and in cheap price. It is just cheap and best.

Support is also very nice, and their team is very flexible and comfortable to interact with. Hence I am pretty much happy as a subscriber.

Its great and fast, Very Simple User interface, has speedy chat support too.
I would say this is better than Windscribe. 11gb quota for month. nice

I subscribed to a Zoog VPN premium package as their server network list shows that you can stream RTE Player using their Ireland based server. In fact it no longer unlocks RTE player as advertised. This was a disappointment as that was my primary reason for choosing them. Otherwise it works fine - I had some initial teething problems connecting, which their customer support service helped to resolve. It is also priced competitively compared with the larger VPN providers

It's a VPN that worked when China's internet blockade was at its worst, it's inexpensive and has good speeds, and it's a bit of a hassle, but it's good enough.

To my mind the service is underrated. It does all the same as more expensive services.
Besides it has their own server in Russia, that is a very rare case nowadays. It gives you the possibility to stream content from Russia and watch some Russian TV channels and listen to music for free. The customer support is responsive and friendly.

I'm honestly more than happy using this perfect VPN, It's working better than many I've tried, even though in the country which I'm leaving the most of VPN providers are blocked and unable to bypass restrictions but ZoogVPN do bypass them with perfect speed.

The sales team are pretty kind and support team is doing there best to assist in what ever issues you may face.

It's fast, stable and company which you can trust for your security.

Edit ZoogVPN have rectified my issues. It is good that they have sorted this out.

The same happened to me as others. Bought a LIFETIME membership and then, after a software update, there was a cut in access to some of the servers.

In order to access those I'd BOUGHT access to via LIFETIME membership, I'd have to pay again, by taking out a monthly subscription.

They claim their VPN can bypass restrictions by manual API, contacted them twice regarding the issue.
they sent me an IP to use in Manual API but that still didn't fix the issue and I cannot login to app.

It's not cool that they claim their VPN can bypass any restriction and when it comes to doing it fails.
the thing that upsets me the most is that they do not reply to your email when you say manual API doesn't work and you have issues using the service!

Update:
yes, they contacted me but couldn't resolve the issue, but claiming this in the first page of their websites is completely false and it should be removed:

"Use our apps in heavily censored places like China, UAE, IRAN, Qatar, Turkey and others. We will provide you with a Manual API IP to bypass ZoogVPN app blocks while Shadowing feature will enable connection from censored network."

at least the IRAN option, should be removed!
