From 0 to 3

New update: I am changing my rate from 0 to 3 coz they solve the problem in 3 days. Hope it was only 1 day. My site itgcafe.com is back up again.
Old post: Make that ZERO RATE FOR ZOOM.PH. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Zoom.Ph is the worst Philippine host provider/registrar. My site was never suspended from my old U.S. registrars but with Zoom.Ph, DOWNTIME IS THE USUAL TIME. Even if the payment was confirmed, my domain was still deactivated and the inept tech guys can't even make a 24-hr resolution of the problem. Zoom.ph is the worst, the most unreliable host provider/registrar. I withdraw my support for bad, local business. Now that I'm seriously upgrading my site, I don't want to deal with Zoom.ph anymore. I will transfer to a better host/registrar ASAP.

ZOOM.PH SERVICE SUCKS POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Transferred to ZOOM.PH expecting better service but it makes my website down for a long time that never happened to me before. Customer service will force you to upgrade to a higher cost plan. A request refund will takes you forever. Choose other provider, not ZOOM.PH unreliable

I started my subscription from November…

I started my subscription from November of 2018. For the past months, they have been announcing a major migration of Linux servers - meanwhile, my website was down all the time.

I kept getting 504 Gateway errors. My Wordpress wouldn't load. It would only work after I submit a ticket - a week after its back again to being down, server offline. They even suspended my account because my Wordpress 5.1 installation was not updated to 5.2.1! Imagine that, without warning - I'd expect that if my WP version was 3.0 or 4.0 but 5.1 to 5.2.1?? Overkill - their shared server is full of bad websites and it affects the entire service. Rotten to its core - one agent told me they are having problems with huge amounts of foreign ips - hmmmm I wonder what that means. Also, I don't have the lock anymore at Edge - it says the connection is insecure - even if cPanel reports my SSL certificates as working.

I have innumerable tickets, proof of such a miserable 10 months I have had with them - with my web traffic plummeting to less than 10% of what it was before I transferred to them. Terrible.

Really terrible service and company - what a waste of PhP1200 (USD24).
