Customer service is great

Customer service is great, very quick response when i contacted them because of delivery by chronopost, so now i choose to have relay point dizy which is closer and convenient but not definitely and unfortunately home delivery because cant really trust stupid chronopost

Placed an order

Placed an order, never received it. There has been no response from Zoomalia, other than someone from their so-called customer service telling me off for sending too many (2) messages about my missing order. Nice. Absolutely terrible customer service - avoid !!

We are surprise about your experience with our customer service as they tried to inform you that we are answering on the first conversation opened in order to have the informations in only one conversation.

Your order have been refunded on august the 22th, and you have received the parcel, finally founded on august 23th.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!

Waiting now 4 weeks for a delivery. Still haven’t heard anything. They don’t respond to anything. I have paid almost 200 euros. Dpd won’t show up and made already 6 appointments. Zoomalia is not doing anything. I am starting to take legal steps now and refund the money through my credit card. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!

placed an order on June 11.
Today, July 6, still not received anything. I have mailed Zoomalia customer support several times, but no reaction.

Still waiting for my delivery

Still waiting for my delivery. Paid extra for next day delivery and it still has not arrived. I would avoid this site. Customer service is terrible

Paying for a non working delivery service

3rd time almost in a row where delivery is not happening in lieu and place. Zoomalia is using
DPD who is completely incompetent at getting your parcel delivered on the date agreed up.
Despite complaints to zoomalia, no improvement is forthcoming and compensation provided.

Do Not Use

I purchased expedited, guaranteed shipping for my dogs specialty food. The delivery is now a week late, and Zoomalia refuse to respond to customer service requests for a refund of the €10 shipping. Do not use this company!

Fast delivery with dpd. Good quality of products and cheaper than in shop. My dog really likes Taste of the wild and
Acana. I'm Happy with the gifts stickers magnetos for the fridge.

Package didn't arrive, money is gone

The products that I ordered never arrived. Apparently, the delivery service erroneously sent it back to the sender. OK, that can happen, but what is not acceptable is that Zoomalia then doesn't seem to make an attempt to send a new package or to refund my money and aren't replying to my message about that. Very unprofessional.

6 weeks of delivery!

I’m waiting for the food for my dog more than a month!!! The delivery is awful. My dog suffers from pancreatitis now because of the delays. I ordered the food in advance, but didn’t expect it to be more than 6 weeks! 🤬 HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. They know about the problem and for 2 weeks no change

The delivery was on it's way and was…late and postponed

The delivery was on it's way and was postponed by the delivery company, DPD. I had stayed in to receive it! Finally delivered late and when I was absent anyway!
The dog jumpers were way too small for both my dogs, so totally useless. The Medium would fit a very small Chihauhau not my small Cockerpoo. Only reached his waist. The large was a a small size, so would not fit my Collie. VERY disappointing and a waste of time!

Watch out for this company

We have used this company a few times but NO LONGER - last order a bag of cat litter was damaged upon receipt and they never compensated for this. Now a full order has not been delivered as their transport company sent it to wrong place - and this company will not offer any kind of help or refund.

Order was number: NO2223606710 - Person who responded from Zoomalia was Nicolas !

Very happy

All is fine: the order has been delivered fast and correctly , cat toilet litter is not the first time I buy it (premium quality : economical and no smell at all), and my kitten adored the gift toys!
