Warning

Like many others I ordered my zoomball and in 60 days the product had not arrived. I first emailed after a week with no tracking info given and requested a refund and the customer service begged me not to cancel and to accept a "free stand". This company is an absolute scam. Stay away. It also is shipping from China

Order in a single ball with stand April…

Order in a single ball with stand April 17th and a second package with the three ball set a week later. Still have not received the first package and is stuck in transit. 2nd package did arrive but has bubbles and scratches on balls. Contacted company and they told me I needed to be patient after waiting a week for a response and was given a free course for using the balls with no response as to when the package would arrive. Will never buy from this company again. They have terrible customer service. I have been patient due to COVID but almost three months waiting is Ridiculous the

66 days to arrive

66 days to arrive, constantly bombarded with spam emails, when it finally arrived this morning, this thing that was supposedly crystal clear? bubbles on one end and a black chip on the other. So yeah, I can’t say I recommend.

Total Scam

Total Scam. Ordered April 19th, and since May 16th..its been in transit with no tracking update. Multiple emails assure me its on its way here. Its July 1st now. Ive sent yet another email to their support team and doubt the response will be any different. Id give it a zero star but that is not an option.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Placed my order mid-April. 2.5 months later and it still has not arrived. I followed up once about a month after my order and received almost no help.

I should have ordered from lensball.com I think. You should consider that too.

As of August 4, 2020, my order has still not arrived and Zoomball refuses to provide a refund because my order "is in transit."

NEVER buy from them! You won't get your ball!

I would choose zero if I could. I'm in the same place as the other reviews. Ordered my Lens Ball on April 1. Prompt notice of shipping and then immediately a notice of delay due to Covid. OK, makes sense. There has been no tracking update since May 15, and it is still stuck in China supposedly. I did get one reply from customer service to give it more time back on May 16. It is now June 23 and no ball. I've requested a refund twice. Luckily it was only $9.95, so I'm not out much, but DO NOT ORDER from them.

Only gave it one star because you have to give at least one star. Ordered back in early May - no product delivered yet. Don't think it will arrive. I too searched their website and was assured the company was in Sweden. Then I receive a shipping notification saying it was shipped from China. Now if you look at the website it does acknowledge a warehouse in China. Why lie at the beginning? Customer service via email took over a week for a response. They provided me with a USPS delivery date screen shot, but when I track it independently with USPS there is no tracking/delivery information available.

Awful

Awful. Do not buy. Ordered over 2 months ago. It was apparently shipped by 11th May, delay on the 4-7days promised on the website.
I thought I had done my research, but I failed on this one. Will be surprised if product turns up. Also thought it was a Swedish company, for then to realised it was just a Chinese upsell.

Literally the worst experience.

I don't even want to give them one star. Awful customer service, it's been 2 and a half months with my order still sitting in a warehouse across the world. I asked for a refund with zero response. NEVER order from them. Based in China!!

Despite saying they're in Sweden, their stuff ships from China. I ordered mine two months ago and still haven't received it. There's countless suspicious stuff on their site, like reviews that all look like they were typed by the same person, dozens posted on the same day and then never again for weeks, etc.

Way too suspicious. Even if I do end up getting my order, I will never order from them again. Waste of time and money. A free item that you only have to pay shipping for should always be a red flag.
