I’m getting disqualified from taking surveys
I signed up on this site recently, the initial stage was all good, I get to complete surveys and get my points straight up, but along the line they started disqualifying me from taking more surveys, even when I’m being honest with my answers, and never violated any rules. It’s quite annoying every time you clicked on a survey and they disqualify you, this doesn’t speak well of this Zoombucks at all. I’m not sure if this issue can be resolved by the team but if they can I would appreciate that.

With my experience so far, Zoombucks is a waste of tIme. They wait till when you want to claim your rewards to ban you, then they acuse you of using vpn or your survey answers were inconsistent. Meawhile, i don't even have a VPN and my survey response were honest. I contacted their support but i was only responded to by a bot. My stance could change and my review be edited if the situation changes, but right now, it looks like a total waste of time and effort and an unfair site and i totally do not recommend.

Be careful if this Survey site. I logged a complaint last week about deducting points without me even participating in surveys and they suspended my account yesterday. I literally watched my balance reduce daily.
Zoombucks is not following protocol. When you try to participate and rejected some of the surveys give you 7 points for your effort only to deduct it again. Theoremreach is one of the culprets. I suppose Zoombucks dont have the account history to do a thorough investigation. Its too easy to accuse people amd suspend accounts.

Beware this is the worst website ever
This is by far one of the worst programs I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, my account was closed without any clear just ification or valid reasons. For the first time, I had left a balance in my account, and when I contacted customer support, their cold response was simply: “You have violated the guidelines or used a VPN.”
It seems they use this excuse just to collect information from your device and then cancel your account. There is definitely something suspicious about this website.
⚠️ I strongly advise anyone dealing with them to be extremely cautious. Do not leave any balance in your account. Once you reach the minimum payout, make sure to withdraw immediately.
