Intuitive software, great customer service- especially Jen! Such a knowledgeable resource!

From a user perspective, ZoomGrants is the worst tool I have used as an undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral student, as well as a staff working at a University over 5 years; while their customer service is atrocious, at best. After a traumatizing experience of being hacked, and my information being stolen and utilized by hackers to defraud individuals using my name, I reached out to ZoomGrants and requested that they please delete my personal data (so that hackers couldn't log in as me). I had deleted over 100 online accounts in 1 week, but ZoomGrants not only didn't seem to care - they made it clear that they would maintain website access for it, regardless of my concerns and requests. Their unprofessionalism and archaic processes, and their lack of respect for user privacy concerns, are enough to ensure that this company is not worth anyone's time. I would strongly suggest you avoid working with ZoomGrants, there are lots of better competitors out there.

ZoomGrants has made it easier for my reviewers to score their applications, myself as the admin to pull scores and notify all recipients of their status.

More than once, I have entered info into the grant application, and POOF!, it just disappears into thin air. Sure, you have a MS Word doc as back-up. But you have to re-enter everything again...and that's IF you can access your application or even your account. (I have not been able to access my account during the multiple times this has happened to me.) Grant writers, give yourself a full day - or two - to address the Zoom debacles that will inevitably arise....and make sure your extra days are business days b/c while Zoom can't be relied upon to work during week-end, what you can count on is the inability to get tech support, at least in my exp. When I did reach tech support, I was told that the prob was my fault; later, they said it was the funder's fault. This issue keeps happening. Yikes.

I applied for a grant offered for Nevada small business and was directed to a zoom website. I thought it was a scam at first and it was a new way for government officials to cover their tracks for the money they steal. I was right after months of waiting for my app. to be
approved. I signed onto zoom and it said they had a new website and my app. had been moved there . I signed onto the new website and it said I didn't have an app. nothing puff gone and I bet no-one got any money form that grant except the govt.

As a small business owner we were fortunate to get federal grant money to help get us through this difficult time. That was fantastic but the grant was issued through ZoomGrants and that aspect was far from fantastic.

The site was nearly impossible to log in to most of the time. You could literally type in your username and password and go for a jog around the block. By the time you got back your account would just be opening up. So the servers are extremely slow. Also, an issue I had was E-signing a document. After I submitted it I immediately realized I needed to correct an error. There was no way to do this

I understand that the traffic volume was large due to a larger number of grants being issued BUT there is no excuse for how pathetically whimpy the current platform is. It feels like the whole thing is running off a single server stuffed in a closet somewhere. Without a doubt this is the worst online experience I have ever dealt with.

When re-setting your password they email it to you in cleartext. see plaintextoffenders dot com for why that is a huge problem. Also, the form itself didn't even work. You couldn't click into the fields in either chrome or firefox.

I couldn't do my job as Grant Manager nearly so effectively as I do with ZoomGrants. It's flexible and powerful enough to help us get just the information we need from our potential grantees. And support is always fabulous from ZoomGrants. I highly recommend this platform!

ZoomGrants has great customer service. They are always very responsive to the specific needs we have and try to accommodate our requests/needs. I love working with them and the systems saves so much time for staff and applicants. Highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service and great training and troubleshooting. I've always gotten an answer (almost immediately) when I run into issues.

The software is intuitive and very useful. Our employees and clients love it, win-win. In the rare instances we can't figure something out on our own (again, it's intuitive), their support staff is quick with a resolution.

ZoomGrants support staff continue to always be there when needed, give thorough and understandable solutions to my problems, and are always willing to suggest new applications I could be using.

First time using ZoomGrants, files size limit is small for documents that needed to be submitted. Increase file size.
