BUYER BEWARE: UNREPENTANT SPAMMERS - Wayne Mansfield associations

WARNING : Buying service from this company may result in you becoming tagged as a spammer and being blacklisted in various DNSBLs, as Mansfield is "block on sight" for many operators and has been listed in the Spamhaus ROKSO database for many years

Zoommail hit several of my spam traps and also work addresses using names not matching the target addresses, most recently from 6 different IP addresses within RIPE netblock UK-ZOOMMAIL-20180209 with direct adverts for zoommail

That's on top of similar spam "on behalf of" customers - including seminar adverts for "how to spam" from notorious convicted Australian spammer Wayne Mansfield (Mavrick/Jindalee/T3 systems)

It appears they STOLE those details from customers who'd given zoom mail unlawfully obtained mailing lists, but using an unlawfully obtained list is still unlawful

GDPR breaching company reported to ICO

Phoned complaints to the WHOIS contact number resulted in a conversation with "David Hazzard" - who denied any unlawful behaviour and threatened legal action against anyone publicising their spamming or blocking them (DNSBL or mail server filters)

During one complaint call in 2019, Mr Hazzard's story changed from "Give us the domains and we'll get them removed"
line, to "I have no record of any spamming", then switching to "we're
working with the ICO on this" and finally "The CUSTOMER has an account
with the ICO and is working on this"

The ICO have (of course) made it clear that no such contact took place

Just signed up. It is an easy site to work with, it does exactly what I want it to do.
What used to take me 40 min a day, now takes me 5 min.
Customer service is very helpful and answers first time.

Zoom Mail is a great platform, easy-to-use, lots of functionality and very responsive with tracking. On top of that the fantastic service and speedy replies make working with this ESP a breeze.

A breath of fresh air working with ZoomMail. The transition from our old provider was seem less and what little support needed was provided immediately by Gary and Dave. Hardly the most technically knowledgeable, if we can work with ZoomMail, anyone can!!
