Great value, wide selection, and reliable service
I’ve been a returning customer for a while because the store offers excellent value for money and a wide selection of products. They often have great promotions, and if you regularly purchase certain items, you can even set up a subscription-like service to save more. Personally, I don’t always use this feature since it’s hard for me to predict exactly when I’ll run out of products, but it’s a great option for those who are more organized.
I also like their points system — I’ve already received some nice little extras, like treat samples, a poop bag holder, and toys for my dog, which I really appreciated.
Shipping is usually very smooth: my last order actually arrived the day after I placed it (without paying for express delivery), though sometimes it can take up to five business days. For me, that’s still perfectly reasonable, since I usually plan my purchases in advance.
Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely continue ordering from them.
