Issue with supply of order

I did not get my order for more than a month after paying for it, the supplier had run out of one of the ingredients and the Royal Mail had an issue delivering to my address,
So they returned it to sender,
Changed address to my parents and the next delivery still was sent to my address, and the. Returned to sender again. Was offered my money back so I took it,
Was sent a few free samples but it wasn’t the product I had originally ordered. Was given a £20 discount for next time -
Very disappointed with my first experience and not receiving g what I wanted -
I have ordered a similar product from another company now.

A no from me

Order was very late. We received an initial apology after enquiring and an offer of 10% off next order. Then they sent out a bulk apology wanting to 'come clean'about why so many orders had not arrived. It wasn't as dramatic as they hinted, supply issue. But when the Elevate cans did arrive- I didn't think they were that nice, found it to be a strange almost clinical taste. I def did not want the 12! But to my surprise I'd somehow been signed up to their subscription service?? Not something I would undertake unless without knowing i was a yes to a product. But I managed to cancel it with an email.

ZooZ Elevate

ZooZ Elevate has been a life saver for me, literally the only drink that has helped lift my brain fog. I suffer from Vestibular Migraine and avoid caffeine and alcohol. Zooz has helped fill the gap and give me the 'lift' I was searching for.

Delivery never came

In ordered in good faith and my delivery never came. Like other people who have reviewed here, Zooz have been corresponding with me but so far no refund or order delivered.

I placed an order 10 days ago. Had confirmation of order but not confirmation of shipping. I have chased but not had any response. I will be cancelling my order and requesting a refund.

Excuses and no product….still

I ordered 5 weeks ago. Got an email saying there was a problem with my address and checked, there wasn’t. Marhaba has emailed me and we have been corresponding for nearly 3 weeks without resolving the issue. I have been requested to remove my review!!! But still no resolution.
I will keep this post informed about the progress or lack of. I cannot recommend Zooz or their customer service.
It seems like I am not the only one

Awful

Targeted by Instagram ads regarding their new variety pack, I thought the product looked great and signed up to their mailing list to order once available. I did actually check Trustpilot and all seemed good. Now there are a few more negative reviews.

Placed an order on 16/9/25 and, to date, SIX WEEKS and two days later, I have received nothing and my order has not even been dispatched. I’ve emailed repeatedly and someone called Marhaba always thanks me for my patience and tells someone is looking into my order. I have asked if I should just request a refund instead; this has not been acknowledged. Emails are generally responded to and are always polite but entirely useless.

No one can tell me why my - presumably very simple - order hasn’t been dispatched yet, no one can tell me when it will be. I’ve been offered £10 credit for the inconvenience but I certainly don’t want to order from this company again, I just want to get what I paid for (or my money back, if needs be.) So disappointing and would advise everyone to avoid this company.

Very poor customer service. Non existent
