This is my first time writing a review so here goes.

I purchases a weed burner recently from Zoozio and was skeptical at first. I had a lot a questions as you do and I must say customer services were very helpful in advising me on how to use the item.

The item doesn't look much but works a treat.

Have and will recommend to family and friends, must buy item.

I had an issue with a product I had purchased, without any hesitation the product was replaced. I would certainly choose this company again.

Purchased an item via wowcher. The item did not arrive. Constant chasing of item only to be finally told that item had been delivered to the wrong address and no refund or replacement would be given. I would have to go the the address and get it myself. I have contacted them again to dicuss this and they are now just ignoring my emails. I would not even give them 1 star If it was possible.

Purchased Latte mugs via wowcher and came from Zoozio, the mugs were brilliant quality so contacted Customer services to purchase multiple order, good service and gave me a good discount for bulk purchase and they arrived in good time within 2 days so no complaints from me.

Will definitely buy more from this seller

I purchased garden lights from zoozio, the item was delivered next day surprisingly. The lights looked great and went faulty after 3 days. Contacted Customer Services and received a replacement the following day, can't fault the service and lights have been working for over a month so all round brilliant service.

very good service was surprised after reading the comments, next day delivery and items are good value for money

Bought a shoe rack advertised in Wowcher supposedly storing 12 shoes this item might be able to squeeze in 5 pairs of very soft flexible slippers at that. the workmanship was terrible extremely shoddy the finish was no way as described the door will not close properly and the item has clearly been previously used. when I contacted wowcher to complain they were extremely unsympathetic and after 3 emails eventually passed on the message to zoozio who were less than helpful and refused a refund .I'm extremely disappointed to keep it polite with this most 'unprofessional ' company. I shall be reporting this company to trading standards they are a disgrace and should not be allowed to pray on innocent people looking to make a saving on purchases any longer .Don't waste your money shop somewhere else if you do make a purchase with this company you will only regret it. Worst customer service ever!!!!

Great Company, Great product, work so well and give more light than you expect.

Ordered 2 sets of garden lights via woucher offer

Both were faulty and of poor quality Emails to Zoozio ignored, and phone has pre recorded message saying line is out of order

I have written the money off, and have complained to woucher,

cheap but not cheerful !!! avoid avoid

I made a purchase and everything was fine and it was a great price I must have got lucky.

I bought a hose and reel. could not get hose off the reel,, the reel broke, attachment does not fit on hose or tap.Despite various attempts at contacting this company via emai,l facebook, telephone, one month later .. nothing.. if goods are faulty you do not have to pay the cost of postage, but need to notify seller and get a response before returning, or else. they will charge you for the postage, keep the goods, resell the goods and you do not get a refund.. I have threatened via consumer good act, etc. but not one response.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.. unless you are happy to keep the shoddy goods and waste your time going the contacts procedure..

bought an outside light-it failed after 6 months,sent email and they said the warranty was 6 months.Checked with trading standards and they said under the sale of goods act 1997 the light was unfit for purpose.Email Zoozio-no reply.When I sent another email complaining a woman replied telling me to "leave her out it".I was complaining about the lack of customer care this stupid person thought I was complaining about her!.Rubbish company-gave up.Do not buy anything from them.

I ordered two items from this company and one ended up as a faulty item and the other one unreturnable. Very bad customer service and I will stay away from Wowcher too for signing up with such sub standard company!

I ordered some changing light candles through Wowcher and after 3 days they weren't changing colour and one wouldn't light at all. I contacted Wowcher who emailed Zoozio but I still hadn't heard anything after a week, so contacted Wowcher again. The finally emailed me asking me to post them back at my own expense, and they wouldn't reimburse me. I ask them why I had to pay for return postage when they were faulty and they came back saying, I had used the candles and therefore broke them in use!!!!

I contacted Wowcher to complain expecting them to have a better customer service, but they said they couldn't help.

Wowcher got the commission, Zoozio has my money - and I have a faulty item.

I will never use either company again!

Ordered an item through Amazon which was fulfilled by Zoozio Tv. Item arrived broken. I contacted seller and they issued a returns label. I had to pay for return postage in the first place, to be refunded later. Never got my refund. Seller says I didn't contact them first but if that was the case then how come I had a returns label?? Purchase from these people at your own risk. I also contacted Amazon but they couldn't care less - say it is down to the sellers discretion..... puts Amazon in a new light if they are happy for their sellers to rip their customers off!

Avoid at all costs. It's only a matter of time before trading standards deals with them.

Once they got your money, they would not talk to you again. There is to after sales service and if you do send them email their response will be nonsense and avoidance.
AVOID this bogus trader at all costs.

Rubbish, rude and incompetent! Don't give them any money! They wont even care about this poor review!

Ordered a fan for the heatwave and received it in a damaged and dirty box. The fan was obviously 2nd hand although sold as 'new' and covered in dirt and grit. The bubble wrap was dirty and the box had holes in it.

Am getting nowhere with customer services despite many emails and now have to pursue through Amazon claim.

If you want to retain your sanity and reduce your stress in life AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Pretty much the same as other reviews. 2nd hand item sold as new. Lost a little bit of my soul pursuing these lying and cheating gits.
