I love the aspects that Zoplay has inserted in this Rent a boat software. Here Zara! Happy to say I'm the owner of a thriving boat rental business. Straightaway, I explain to you the features loaded in an app. First-of-all, I was afraid of the booking process because numerous customers face problems while reservation, but it is wondering that they have provided quick booking so, people can able to reserve rapidly. Also, they have offered an in-built option that assists me to provide exclusive discounts for my customers. So, it is easy to learn and simple to use. Just thriving!

Please stay clear of Zoplay (Casperon) and do not take any notice of these 5 star reviews. This is a rogue agency, no matter how well they look on their website... yes I fell for it too!

It's been a whole year and they have sent me nothing but broken code and an app that simply don't work which is full of bugs.

After 2 months of working with these guys on Base Camp, it was evident they didn't know much to even a basic standard of a business process, and then I shockingly discovered they are not proper developers who seem to sub the work out for any customisation / changes to the code. Even the initial set up for white label product was a hard task. Their base app is full of bugs, which we had to liaise and fix one by one - then I guess they got sick of the bugs then started to ghost me and my company. They started to vanish and reply to any issues after 3-4 weeks then became nonrespondent over Basecamp, skype and email. I even went on zoplay website and they started to cut us off in the chat window! We knew they were dodging us as we logged on under different IP addresses and hey presto their sales guys were straight away happy to help!

Then they started to ask for more money like it was some prototype app that they needed money to finish off fixing.

After being so patient I complained several times but then the Covid-19 pandemic kicked in. They could not even have the decency to keep me updated with the app progress. Countless times I chased like a broken record on the status of the app and fixing of their bugs. Then a guy called Aravind out of the blue on Skype sent the app which had severe chunks missing out of the code. He sent again after we complained, and guess what... it don't work!

Never again will I trust Casperon Technlogies (Zoplay is a marketing website). They must of paid these people for reviews because I'm bewildered how they are still operational. They are another Indian scam rogue agency.

October 2019 I started the project, and trust me this is a real review from a UK Entrepreneur.

Please stay clear! I've wasted 3000 USD with this company I'm never going to get back!

The guy I first encountered was called Suresh / Krisna.

Honestly it was the worst experience of my project career. Geez I think it was a lucky escape as I considered having these on board as a technology partner for support after the app was built. Stay clear or get your fingers burnt! Scammers with a prototype script that is full of bugs!

Zoplay is a scam, there a lot of errors, you waste time and money! I have spend 1 year of my life. The code are not clean much and you need to pay for add option. Please check all 1 star rate, all 5 star are own company
