I ordered a snark tuner for my bass and when I received it the box was badly damaged. Like ripped which concerned me as to whether or not the product inside would be as well. I took a minute for it to turn on but it did , but I'm not sure how long it will last because the box was so badly damaged.

When I saw that one of your "free" items had an $18+ shipping and handling charge, whereas similar weighted items S&H for FAR LESS, I really lost confidence in shopping with you.

Shipment did not match description. I ordered a 400$ Ludwig drum set pictures clearly showed Zindjian cymbals and an accessory pack both were not included. I called immediately and was told they had to contact their posting team and that I would get a call back by 6pm. They never returned my phone call. I even told the customer service agent that this was a gift for my child's birthday and I needed it resolved quickly. I feel it was false advertising. I received a drum set that would not have been my first color choice and had smaller drum dimensions because I choose the set they listed with the Zindjian cymbals and accessory pack. I've asked my husband to call them back and try to resolve because at this point i am way to upset about it. By the way this is day 5 waiting for them to return a call.

They have outstanding service and they stand behind their product.

Supposively my item shipped on September 14th its September 27th and I haven't received my shipment

I purchased a a guitar from them and got it in the mail. It worked for like 20 seconds and died. Send them and e-mail and they sent me a return label and I shipped the defective one back.

They sent me a replacement and it works great! Great experience, and they made sure I was happy with my purchase.
