Placed an order on a Monday. Never heard a peep. Emailed twice and got no response. Called on Friday. Laughing teenager answered phone to tell me the order was shipped.
Ha! But it never was. It was out of stock. This company is a joke.

My account was hacked into and a fraudulent order was placed through this seller. Tried contacting them to cancel the order before it shipped so I could get a refund, but no one ever got back to me. Glad *Anton* gets to enjoy his new product while I'm stuck with the bill.

It's not often you get exactly what you pay for online. What I bought
sells for much more elsewhere.I took a chance and was surprised. I would feel confident enough to do it again.

Zorro Sounds sent me a wrong item. They sent me a different color Ukulele. I contacted the customer service and we came to conclusion that they will send me a gig bag and a small tuner, so then I will keep the ukulele. I thought this is a good idea. It should work for both side. I appreciate their willingness to give us satisfaction. However they sent me an different size gig bag. Again I will just keep this, because I can use this gig bag for my another ukulele. I am not satisfied, but I don't feel too bad.
