Organized scams

Took a lot of money from my account with unauthorized transactions.
Never once responded to any emails or calls.

Likely take onboard existing customers but not sure what happens to positive account balances. The sole objective of the owners was always to cash in on large unauthorised account payments which they will never return. Danish regulatory authorities must improve the regulations re. Issuing certificates for companies to trade energy to end consumers! This industry is totally Wild West!

This is the worse experience I ever had when it comes to a company providing you a service and the customer service. I ended up reporting to the police, blocking my card and contacting a lawyer. But they’ll pay back in one way or another.

I opened an account on November 2024. And without any justification or notifications they withdrew a total of about 14000 dk over the months from my bank account even though I was barely spending 350 dk of electricity per month. I tried to contact them on multiple occasions to explain the major issue without any success. It is almost impossible to get someone from the proper department. Therefore, I decided to close my account on May 15th and they still managed to withdraw about 3000 dk this morning on May 19th. It is simply unbelievable to run a company the way they do it. So amateurish, so unprofessional. Get away from them is my only piece of advice.

Promised cheaper energy, but got about 6000 kr taken out of our account within the first month of being with them. Not what we had agreed to, and the customer service is "external" and have no idea what is going on in the rest of the company. No option to get refunded, and very difficult to come out of the agreement. Very nice on the surface, but just another "small energy company" living off of taking more money than needed. Stay away from these guys and SpotPris energy! Some serious bullcrap going on here.

Instead of spending their time writing fake 5* Trustpilot reviews, it would be nice if Zosani could use this time to refund customers their money after their excessive overcharging. I've been waiting months for several thousand kroner to be refunded, the latest delay tactic is a sham "review" of their accounting system. Why this should be my problem I have no idea, just give me my money back you absolute cowboys. Avoid Zosani at all costs!

Update: of course the deadline of May 15 that Zosani gave has come and gone without any refund of the money it owes its customers. The company is no longer responding to emails. I hope you sleep well at night Kenny Santos and Søren Fjeldsted Nielsen you thieves.
