1.If you are looking for a camera company that has a good tech support... Please do not buy Zosi Camera's. They DO Not have a Mailing Address to return an item. Nor do they have a Phone Number to reach out to them !! 2. Nothing but Headaches from this Company ! Always giving you a run around every time I contacted them ! 3. Tech Support either does not understand what I'm asking, doesn't know the answer or just doesn't care ! They are worthless ! 4. They keep asking for the same information I have given them over and over !! 5. They are reluctant to refund a purchase ! 6. I could go on and on about their Company. If you read the one and two star reviews you will see what I am talking about. I wish I would have looked further into those reviews before I bought these camera's. 7. I will never ever deal with this company again.

Not a good product, if you want to see live stream only it’s fine, quality is reasonable. However if you want to review historical motion detection ie earlier in the day or week, it’s next to useless, as you can’t find motion recordings on phone app and it freezes mid viewing also the sound and picture play at different rates.
Now bought an Imou ip camera with flood light, brilliant compared to ZosiSmart rubbish.

Bought their wired 5mp lite 4 camera with 1TB dvr system from Amazon for about $200.
First time user with security system. All items arrived on time and were exactly what I ordered.
After watching couple of tutorial videos I went about the installation process and it went pretty well for me. Which was way better than I expected.
So, now let's get to my expectations vs. reality...
First thing is that I am glad I only spent about $200. For the money, and the new sense of security and overall awareness of what goes on outside of my office and apartment, it is a Very Good Deal.
Second thing is that I don't have to have any subscription or contract.
Third...I haven't had even the first problem with any equipment or software. It has been 9 months now. I've only had to reach out to customer service twice (online) and both times their responses were same-day and both resulted in easy to understand guidance about using features in the set-up menu.
Fourth...if I had paid $500 I feel certain that i would NOT be a satisfied customer for a couple of reasons. Namely that the software is anything but intuitive. Watching "playback video" options there are, in my opinion, way too many steps and selections to go through to review the saved data. For me, my beliefs regarding how quickly I could watch video playback was based on what u saw on TV and movies. Zosi may well have faster and more easy to use software in their products but, realistically, you can't expect to get it for $200.
So, why 5 stars if I'm not 100% totally satisfied with my purchase? That's easy...i have security and awareness in my area of operation I never had before and it only cost me $200 and it arrived 2 days after i ordered it. The product is rightly priced but the comfort I get from having it is worth Much Much more.

Bought the cameras off Amazon. Installed them and they worked a couple days. The DVR box only works when it pleases. I have contacted Amazon and they reached out to Zosi. It has been way over a month dealing with Zosi. Zosi waited so long in between responses over these weeks it is too late to return through Amazon. They take their time telling me they will send me a new one then to turn around and tell me no. Now I am stuck with a Zosi system that is no good. Think hard before you buy. It is a scam. They now expect me to buy a new one then send them the old one. I cannot believe they think that will work when they have taken over a month to even give me a straight answer on any of it. Good Luck if you want to take a chance in purchasing these cameras. You will not have any type of warranty help. I now have to file a dispute claim with my credit card company to get my money back.

Save your money.. zosi sucks. Constant problems. Zero customer support.. no phone numbers. Spend a couple extra bucks & get something better. The aggravation is not worth it.. And if u ever really needed cameras ..!! Zosi will fail. What good are they if u can't depend on them. The set up & constant maintenance is painful. U have to go thru a ton of programming just to change a simple command... *** STAY AWAY

Don't bother ordering from this company. I ordered a 8mp 8 camera system from them for $1000 and they stated it was out of stock and wanted me to spend an additional $150 on delivery! Clearly the item wasn't out of stock they just wanted more money than the advertised price for the system. Suckered me in with a cheap price that didn't exist. Lesson learnt don't trust the Zosi company for your CCTV needs.

Bought a 4K PoE system in the Halloween promotion of ZOSI website, which is more attractive than Amazon's price. The after-sales support is relatively general, and no reply will be received in normal time.

Absolute rubbish, worjs for a bit then just keeps on going offline, and cant get it working again unreliable crap

We ordered at the Halloween special promotion with 20% discount. However, the goods never came, because the manufacturer did not want to deliver at the price.
We then ordered the goods again from zosi Germany for a little more money and got them. That's just screwing customers.

All I want is for the motion detection to work correctly. I have tried all permutations of the settings without success. It will detect big trees swishing about in the wind but it will not detect me walking up my path towards it. From other reviews it would appear to be pointless trying to get customer support so I will just leave it recording all the time for now.

Terrible customer support. Tried to get a new camera becuase 1 of 3 doesn’t work.they sent me on a never ending trial of steps that didn’t work and still only have 3 cameras.

Tried to contact to reset a password for an incorrect email used to create and account. We used .con and not .com. So we can’t get our account back. Their customer support can’t seem to competed what’s going on.

Terrible support, terrible cameras. They have a phone. Umber that simply tell you to email them.

I received my Zosi Camera system right on time. Aimee was very helpful in answering my questions regarding registration. She even checked back with me to see if everything was okay. Ordered three cameras with solar panels receive them in a timely manner unfortunately the solar panels do not keep the cameras charged I have been trying to get authorization to return them but they failed to give me a mailing address or authorization to return them after spending hundreds of dollars with the company.

Sadly I have been pleased with the product but if you need tech support good luck. Two days now I can not get into my phone app. I have had to reach out many many many times. Long story. I tried calling and asked them to call me to help. Nothing. I'm locked out and can not watch my business security cams from home now. Now I have to go work their instead of the choice....very very upset, disappointed . I don't know what to do from here. May have to buy cameras from someone else asap if they don't help me. Waste of my company money and time not to mention added stress that just is not needed at this time.

Well we’re do I begin? I’ll start with if I could give 0 stars I would. This camera system is cheap and dont last. I have a 8 camera system. After a yr only 3 cameras work. I’ve replace the wiring to the cameras with no avail. I took two of the cameras in to my camera guy to find out the cameras were defective. 1 YR GUYS. So if u just need cameras for less than a yr this is perfect. I have changed brands and so far(5months) so good.I was locked out of my system and I tried to contact ZosiSmart for help and I got the run around. I guess when English is not your first language you have a tendency to give the run around.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
Samsung in my opinion is the way to go.

I bought a WiFi security camera from the company .After days of trying to find out why it didn't work .I then tried to get in touch with Zosi tech,it difficult no phone number on website you have contact on line I was a sign someone to help. Nearly 8 months later no results yet.

ZOSI ZR08MN DVR has been up and running for about 5 months at this location. It has preformed as expected and has had only one issue in the last 5 months. Something corrupted the firmware and it failed to start up after a power failure. Winnie with ZOSI support helped me restore the firmware and it has been working fine ever since. I do not have any complaints about the system. I would recommend it for residential use, possibly for (controlled environment) commercial use. I am pleased with the user interface and the many options for video scheduling, recording, and alarm. The cameras video has been used to identify objects of interest out to a maximum range of about 35 to 45 feet at night with the on board infrared light source. I believe the ZOSI ZR08MN is a good buy and is a good product when used as recommended.

The camera quality looked good to start with in my opinion but it’s not even lasted 9 months. I contacted the company a day within the warranty and they refused to send me another unit. They won’t even sell me the unit on its own and have suggested I buy the whole thing again including 4 cameras that are of no use to me. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company, save your money and look for better quality equipment.

Customer service is ultimately trash I would never recommend or purchase from you

I have bought a C289 camera and it will not connect to my phone outside of my home wifi without changing my routers IP address and this is way above me.
Zosi have tried to help but it's very complicated.
Don't waste your money and spend a little extra on a better system.
