What you see is NOT what you get

What you see is NOT what you get. I don't understand how they get a 2.8 average rating. Absolutely deceptive.
I'd still buy what they pictured but what they sent barely resembles the site pictures.

Zovelyshop is a total rip off

Zovelyshop is a total rip off, Stay Away! They showed photos of lovely wire-wrapped fairy garden decorations stating they were handmade, made from recycled material, and they were between 24 to 36". This could not be further from the truth. I paid for their complete package of 6 decorations and received a small box of metal cutouts that were not even 20" in size. They stated they guaranteed satisfaction. I sent an email to their customer service along with photos of the cheap crap I received, they responded saying the products are very popular and offered a 10% refund if I would keep the product and/or give it to someone as a gift. I told them that I would be too embarrassed to give this trash as a gift and that I wanted a full refund including shipping charges. I don't think I will hear back from them.

Zovelyshop Garden Fairy Scam

Saw beautiful garden sculptures for sale so purchased them since they claimed they have a money-back guarantee which is false. They send you cheap, crappy items that are nothing like what they advertise and won't refund your money. They steal images from legitimate sites and use them on their website. That in and of itself is illegal and the actual creator of the Garden Fairies has tried to stop it to no avail. Thankfully, my credit card company is helping. My credit card company has been unsuccessful contacting them. Their site should be shut down and these Indonesian criminals arrested.

Deceptive advertising and unresponsive customer service

The item I bought was pictured next to a human who seemed to be a designer. The metal sculpture not including the post appeared to be somewhere around 2 feet tall. The item I received is not even a foot tall INCLUDING the post. This is a mass produced item and they did not respond to my concerns and request to return.
