When Amazon could not provide the service on a ZOX bracelet I ordered the company came thru and ordered the exact bracelet and sent to my sister as this was part of a Christmas present.

I have ordered MANY bracelets for myself and some for friends. They are beautifully made artistically as well as the amazing and heartfelt phrases inside and the card. All of mine have specific meaning from past to present to future for me. I refer them to so many people. If there is ever a problem, the customer service is top notch.

I am new to Zok and its products. Shipping is timely and good. Quick response on addressing issues in customer service in less a day, this is great. Holidays is stressful enough and having shipping issues goes in top of that. ZOX customer service is top notch. Issues are addressed and resolved fairly quick. Very satisfied with this company and I love their products.

I've ordered several bracelets for myself, my kids, family, and friends. They're not only great quality and beautiful, but having scripture at your fingertips is such a blessing! This is one of the best companies I've ever ordered from. I had an issue with a bracelet that didn't get delivered to my Aunt. It wasn't an error made by Zox, but the delivery company error, and Zox fixed it by sending another bracelet at no cost to me. No company does that! Any other company would tell you to take it up with the delivery company. Not Zox. That just shows how truly upstanding their company is and nowadays that doesn't happen anymore. I will definitely be a customer for life and recommend them to everyone! Thank you Zox! You guys are wonderful!

Love their product and when one of my packages got lost in transit (not the fault of zox) they promptly resolved my issue and got new bracelets out to me at no extra cost to me!

A large package containing gifts for my family went missing from my porch just days before Christmas! USPS told me to file a police report. ZOX replaced the order and shipped it immediately. When I thought all hope was lost (especially in humanity), ZOX showed empathy and love. They support their customers and put people first. That's an unbeatable business model.
