Complete scam
Complete scam. The pictures of the item what you see on their website is just an inspiration and has nothing to do with the item you will receive. Very disappointing experience.

This is not what is is advertised I'm very dissatisfied with what I expected this is a flat pillow not a 3D dragon the service is terrible and I will not do any more business...I'm still waiting on the other 2 dragons I ordered...this is a lot of money for a flat pillow ...I ordered 2 more pillows that you didn't even fill...this is the worst company I've ever dealt with
Problem #1 I had order a large dragon pillow back in August and after multiple attempts to get any info I was told in November that it was in production and it arrived Dec 17.
Problem #2 The picture and the description does not match up. It is a scam. It is a scam.
Absolute scam !
Product received does not match the picture on the add. Not even close.
AVOID !!!!!!
I bought the dragon pillow. According to the advertisement picture the dragon looks like a 3D stuffed animal pillow which looks good. When I finally got what I ordered ( after almost 2 months) it is nothing more than a flat pillow. No way can it stand on it's legs like the picture shows.
After a nearly two month wait, what I received was not worth the price paide. I might accept what I received at about 1/3 the price. Picture in ad was highly deceiving. Too bad I apparently cannot share a picture in this format.
This company is a fraud and cheated us. We ordered a product from their web site and received something that in no way matched the offer and was in every way inferior. We have written to the company with no response from them.
18 days after placing my order still no item and all i get from them is excuses to do with it being a new product and that they are trying to perfect production, item eventually came after 35 days, looks nothing like item advertised and in my opinion not worth the money, best to give it a miss
If I could give them less than 1 star, I most definitely would. After 2 month, all I get is 'usually' and 'we will try'. They never provide a (even approximate) delivery date. Than they tell you crap like 'we'll add a bracelet for your patience' or 'we can compensate $5'. Utterly ridiculous, and more of a scam than a 'business'
Misleading advertising you don't get what your order, the advertised photos are 3D images, look great but what arrives is low quality 2D items poor quality rubbish.
You think WOW... incredible products based on AI-generated images and pay exclusive prices as if you were buying a "Steiff teddy bear", but receive a product comparable to (Wish, Temu, Aliexpress or a dollar store).
the WHOLE STORE is AI generated products nothing is real and if it is its super low quality scam / do not recommend.
